Anh at the passport services center was AMAZING! She was so kind and friendly. Went in for 3 kids passports and she was so helpful. Thank you Anh for such wonderful and quick service!

Stopped by early Saturday morning to drop off some prepaid packages to be delivered by Christmas. Parking can be a bit hard, but overall it wasn’t a long wait. I was in and out in less than a minute and my packages have already arrived at their destination. In the past when purchasing postage in person, Margie was always the best! Nicest lady there!

I came there today to do my new passport. The lady helped very nice. She can speak Spanish. She always smile and answered all my questions. Excellent service attitude.

Its government's job, they dont have to be nice cuz government pay their wages,not us. Even no customer, they still getting pay. However,we have no choice for sth we have to deal with these government's organization. Remember, government place, no customer service. Wanna better feel? Go private. I knew its sad, but its truth. Im here not for rating, just wanna all people know they complaint too much and useless.

A lot of people complain about the attitude of the workers, I personally never had any issues here, they are always helpful especially the african american lady, she is always ready to help, the problem is that there is a lot stuppid people coming with stuppid questions, and after a while any one can get tired to deal with stuppid people regarles of your level of patience.

I got a package from eBay which supposed to be delivered here in Miami however it was return to sender in La puenta post office I call in and inform and gave them info and they responded very quick and they ship it same day..thank you for that woman who help me..

I came to the post office to apply for my passport and met Ms. Ana, who was very gentle and friendly. This is the friendliest employee I have ever met in this post office!
