Good place to have your PO Box along with other services, I recommend going here if you need any services that Postal carriers provide as the owner provides a very low price. Grab a PO Box before others realize it is half the cost of many places. Keep your stuff safe from the growing number of porch pirates.

The store is under new ownership under a kind store owner that helps his mother at the water shop a few doors down.

I had a great experience. They helped seal up my packages and were very polite and pleasant.

I have known this place for over 20yrs. It used to be so busy with people trying to pay all sort of bills and buy cashier checks. It's very different now. All that craziest is gone. It's very quiet now. We usually get a po box at this location. The price is right and it's well guarded with security cameras and locks. The owner is friendly but very firm straight to the point. If you need a po box, this is a great place to get one.

I dont know what's up with the negative reviews but this is the only business I've used for shipping. Its conveniently located in a plaza, they use both UPS and Fed Ex. I've personally never had a bad experience with the asian gentleman who runs the store. With my recent shipment, he took the time to fold and neatly help me pack my items into shipping boxes, and even make me personalized shipping labels. I've always had a good experience here. People should give this place another try.

I been going to this place for years the male is not rude. He is firm on the way he does his work. I he can help you he will tell you. The system was down when I try to make payments to one of my bills he told me sorry system us down I can help but there another place that can process your payment. I have send money out from that location and I haven't had problem. I have seen other clients do business with out any problems too. I'm sorry you guys feel he is not doing business right. I even remember one time I did try to send fax out and he try to send it but it would not go through he said check the number again it's not going though. I verified the number and it was I that did not write the numbers correctly.

This clown is a lunatic great entertainment Funniest craziest guy who works up in the front he is so angry lol one time he refused to give me my own package I had bleached my hair blonde and on my Id it was my birth color which is chocolate brown he insisted that I’m not the same person lol because the hair color was different the guy is absurd

Very BAD customer service. I saw the Asian man working in the store yelled at a senior lady for asking a confirmation of UPS drop offs. He screamed at her and told her to leave the store all because the poor senior lady ask for a confirmation on a 2 UPS package drop offs.
DO NOT GO THERE, you have more and better choices.
A store that refuse to print a confirmation means greater chances that your packages will "GET LOST" for unknown reason inside the store, and you will have no way to prove that you already dropped it off.

The store is very dirty. The worker takes no pride in his work. He was very rude. It felt like a front. His services are not worth a dollar. Take your business somewhere else.
