The place is improving. We have lived here for 3 years and over the last 6 to 8 months they have started to make improvements throughout the park. They are goid people overall but they are kindbof partial to hispanics but they still will work with everyone. They do very reasonable payments on the homes.

Love the staff, they go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the things you need done, taken care of. I would recommend other people to come live here or just to look an see if they would like to live here.

Can honestly say that the entire office is super nice and extremely helpful. Especially during the winter storm, maintenance was helping people left and right, working in the super cold weather. I enjoy every part of living here!

Claudia from the office is really nice and helpful and does everything at the right time and the maintenance people do a great job they are always on top of everything! The cleaning is great no complaints! I give this place a 10/10

Management at the park office was helpful and willing to work with my husband and my self to get into a nice 3br 2ba for less then 800. A month rent to own

JUST MOVED HERE AND SARA AND CLAUDIA FROM OFFICE ARE VERY GOOD ON TAKING CARE OF US, THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET AND VERY CLEAN, IS A FAMILY PLACE AND I LIKE THAT!
