We have lived in the German Corner for eighteen years through the owner/manager and now manager only. Both sets of managers have always treated us very kindly and have always been fair in the business dealing.
Most of the people in our area are retired and the managers have always taken care the people and been happy to help with what ever they needed.
This is probably the cleanest and best kept park in the Tulsa area. At the first of the year we are reminded about mowing and the costs there of.
As in all parks there are rules that must be obeyed.

Lived here for 9 months. Its VERY clean and nice. One of the best mobile home parks in the greater tulsa area. The management is very friendly and helpful. Any issue I have had is resolved in a timely manner. Sweet and friendly neighbors.

Names actually, Clayton Disbrow, I've lived here in German Corner since may, Absolutely wonderful place, nice and quiet and neighbors are extremely friendly and caring, The owners are Nice and very easy to get along with, I'd rate 10 stars if I could.

Beautiful park in Owasso. Conveniently located to all shopping restaurants & only 4 miles frim Main St. Management and maintenance are both top notch. I sure pray that we get to live in this community.

I have lived here for a year and a half and it is a great place to live. The management is very amazing and great with my children.
