Staff was super polite and helpful, and clearly passionate about gaming. Been there twice, and would go again anytime.

The gentleman behind the counter was upbeat and cheerful, had some great feedback and advice on a few items. He was especially pleasant to a special needs customer who was very enthusiastic about a purchase. Great to see the inclusive environment that ensures all are welcome.

The staff here is always very nice and helpful and quite knowledgeable. The location in the mall is very central and the location being in the mall itself is also helpful as you can do some additional shopping as well once you're done here. The game selection is wide and they have some decent other game themed merchandise as well on sale if you are looking for a different kind of gift for a gamer in your life.

Really good customer service. We were buying a PS5 product and he clarified that we had the right console at home. He was very friendly and enthusiastic.

I'm an idiot, they had PS5s in stock for Pro Members with extra controller, $175 PS gift card and $75 Gamestop card... all for $730 all in! But we have 2x PS5s already... but I shoulda sniped it for the gift catds and flipped it

I had to wait for my brother to get back from another stor in the mall,so I went into the game stop. I bought a few things and the people were super nice. I started to get bored, and they started talking with me about Star Wars. They were the nicest people. There names were Mike and Rachael, I think they should get a raise. They did a fantastic job and were super helpful to everyone.

I spend an enormous amount of time and money here and have to admit that it's worth every penny. Though I haven't played a video game in 20 years I have games for kids. My only knock on the place was taking away the elite membership that paid 3x points per dollar spent and 20% off used games. Well worth it, but it stuck around for only a year. Only reason can think of it was costing them more than they anticipated.

Most people don't know they give you up to 27$ store credit for old ps4 controllers. Not a bad deal plus anything gaming this is the spot

My childhood GameStop, I love going here and I always will. It has the best selection of any that I've gone to and I have never had any issues with customer service here. 5/5 will go again.

I should have did a review sooner but for Christmas I pre-ordered my son a Xbox One minecraft bundle. it was suppose to be in the store Friday before Christmas when I called to see if it had arrived I was told that that shipment was damaged. The manager I spoke with was really cool and the employee named Adam that had placed my original order was working that day and actually went to another Game Stop to pickup a bundle pack they had in stock and brought it to their location so my son could have his Christmas gift on Christmas. That is some top notch Customer service. Thanks Guys.
