Quick stop. Store was clean and tidy. No issues with the food either.

Eddie took my order and help me out even though I had a really large difficult annoyingly specific order. They definitely need to promote him or give him a raise

Sometimes the food is old, you can tell cause the burgers will be dry, the chicken, nuggets and breast, will be hard and rubbery. That being said, for the most part, the food is fresh and taste great, employees are very friendly, and the store/bathrooms are very clean. Thanks.

The best part about this McDonald's is if you go Wednesday-Sunday early in the day and have the opportunity to interact with Steve, AKA the most amazing person! He has a very positive attitude and is a great way to start the day. When so many people in this world are Debbie-Downers and focus on the negative, Steve is a ray of sunshine. Seriously, this man deserves a raise and recognition. He should be the benchmark for employees. Even when things are not going as they should at 6 am, Steve finds a way to spin it so it isn't as big of a negative.

The guy that works am drive through in red and white hat is very friendly. Great way to start the day.

Clean, amazing service, hot food. It's definitely one of the best McDonalds I've ever been to. The workers at the window were nice and happy. Had really good energy... and it's definitely needed. And appreciated

Had the sweetest crew member wait on me. Came in at 10:30, asking if they still had any breakfast items. She said she would check. They did. Was so happy. My hubby was in the hospital and needed breakfast. I appreciated her checking. Could have said , "Breakfast ended at 10:30" Made a hurting hubby very happy.
Lines moved quickly. Store was clean. And a very satisfied customer left!

After ten months estranged to my 2 year old son. We abruptly had our reunion in this store. After explaining my situation to the manager (matt) I was welcomed by him and his team wholeheartedly. He complimented first with a drink, then a whole happy meal(decked out for 2),and even an ice cream cone. He would not accept my money. I could not be more greatful for his gratuity.

I realize now I chose a golden shirt today. My son dressed the same. We could not have planned it. Unexpectedly ending up at the golden arches. It was truly a golden memory.

By far my favorite location, my food is always right, always hot, and every worker values their position and takes it seriously. Well deserves 5stars

To be honest, my McDonald's experiences have been lackluster as of late. However, this McDonald's in Petoskey was a breath of fresh air. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom, the service was extremely friendly and very fast. The food was fresh and hot. There are many of their restaurants that I'm not itching to go back to, but whenever I find myself hungry for a quick bite in Petoskey, this particular store will be at the top of my list.

every time i come here everyone is polite and efficient. what fast food should be. got 11 nuggets in my 10 piece 🤩

Just experienced excellent service, with it even being a late night stop. The young man handled himself well at the counter and the cook made a picture perfect set of burgers for me. I enjoyed the mood of the crew, the cook had a good buzz going for everyone. Thank you for everyone there tonight, your service was appreciated!!

I would like to dedicate this review to praising a great employee I had an encounter with! I want give a big thanks to the manager Scott! He was so well put together and helpful when my food had fallen on the floor he was quick to help me pick up my food! While he did eat a few of my nuggets that had fallen on the floor... he was quick to get me fresh nuggets and fries. Scott explained his struggle with dealing with other lazy employees that are currently employed there. Hopefully things get better soon! Stay safe!

The guy with the red and white striped hat makes my day every time I see him! He is such a delight.

Staff was super friendly. Pop machine malfunctioned and the manager sent the handy man out right away. Very welcoming atmosphere

Lobby was clean and quick. No dining inside but it's faster to go inside and order than use the drive thru. All employees wore masks per CDC guidelines.
