Brian's Heat and Air

After I spoke to Brian, he came out to my house and fixed my heating units. They did a great job. Fair price. I had a problem today. 4/16/2024. My thermostat stopped working properly on one of my air condition units, they came out and fixed my problem. Two thumbs up. I highly recommend them for all of your AC and heating needs.

Brain and his crew are amazing! They installed a new through the wall heat pump for me last night to replace my old one that was wearing out after 20 years of use. When I told him the new unit was in the back seat of my car he came right away. He was concerned about theft of the new unit and did not charge me an after-hours fee! They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up after they were done, including haul off of the old unit. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any heat or air conditioning needs you may have.

Brian was a huge lifesaver for our family during the big freeze! Our furnace went out in the evening so we gave him a call, not expecting him to come until the morning. Instead he came over and worked until 4 am making sure everything was up and running again! Very skilled with older furnaces and dedicated to his work. Would highly recommend!

Brian is the hardest working heat and air person and company I know. Brian is always ready to get it done. I hesitate to give this good review because he will become even more busy once folk use him, but I must share. He is a true blessing.

I LITERALLY just bumped into Brian at a local tire shop, and when I tell you I'm having the WORST possible day! Between the storm last night and my the TOTAL DAMAGE it's done to my car I'm at my wits end! My AC is going plum crazy and my bumper is dragging at the rear end of my car. Brian was on his way out of the tire shop and he turned his truck ALL the way around and pulled up next to me as my tire is being replaced and saved the day! Not JUST tinkered with my CAR A/C, but he helped me with my "buckets" bumper! Not all Heros wear capes! 🦸🏼 Brian saved the day! Thank you SO much Brian! I TRULY appreciate you!.... OH.... and he didn't charge me a DIME! Just a really good guy!

We almost made it through the whole summer without a problem - but then our upstairs AC went down and wouldn't come back on. Worried is an understatement, record breaking heat on the second level of our house is no joke. Mike came out and in just a few hours really saved the day. I'll be avoiding this issue in the future with scheduled maintenance, and I'll be calling Mike and co. to do the work. Professional, thorough and reliable - really appreciate people I can rely on, and these are good people.

Brian’s Heating and Air installed my furnace and air conditioning unit 12 years ago and any problems that I have had throughout the years he was more than willing to help me fix two of the little problems over the phone which I was quoted a couple of hundred dollars from other companies to come out and fix so that’s an example of the honesty and integrity that I have personally experienced for being a customer of Brian. And the other issue that I had a few years back he came out the next day and was able to get fixed in like 45 minutes but I had decided to search the internet just see what the going rate is for that type of a furnace job is and Brian’s price was still $80 lower than the bottom rate that I found online!

God bless Brian. Another business in town told us the usual "EPA changed the laws/ no more R22/ you need a complete new system" b.s. line. (No names but the initials are IAP.) The new system was going to be multiple thousands $$$. They said it was not possible to repair my clogged copper line, that it was not possible to flush it due to it being a "sealed system", and that he could go to prison if he was caught using R22. (!)
Fast forward to Brian and Johnny of Brian's Heat & Air. They came out immediately and actually repaired it! Brian also pointed out several components that the other business neglected to install with our new fan motor the previous year. Based on my experience, this business is 100% absolutely trustworthy.

Brian's heat and air are amazing I came home to no heat and have a disabled vet in my home other places couldn't come out till the next day I was really worried Brian's came out in a hour and got my heat going they are just the best they came out right away when everyone else kept putting me off and the temp was 3 degrees

I called Brian'sHeatandAir when I heard strange noises coming from my heater and air conditioner when I turned them on. Brian wanted to come out later that day but I unfortunately wasn't available. You can't call a service company and usually be able to get someone to come over on the same day.
Brian came out the next day and found that my furnace motor was old and not working anymore. Brian and Jeff replaced it along with a lever on my water heater that was leaking and replacing the burnt out motor in my air conditioner. The price was very reasonable. Much better than having to replace both units. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend Brian'sHeatandAir to my family, friends and neighbors any day.
