I had a problem with deep water well producing on a Tuesday. Called another local well company, showed up, installed pressure switch. No production, will be back next day, then Thursday, put off again. Thursday night, the CenterPoint Service Can went out, was being replaced. Neighbor across the street came over, shared my well problem, he replied had a 500+ foot well done recently, told me my west neighbor did his new 500+ foot well after him using the same company Environmental Well Service. I called Environmental Friday morning, talked to a confident Jack Manis on a replacing pump/motor, got a cheaper quote, plus opportunity to install today. I called the previous local well company, they could not look at again till Monday. Politely, I told them I will be using Environmental, they understood. Jack and Armando, came out, first check wiring on pressure switch, verified good, well pump needs to be replaced. Different well set up, Mike got with Richard who came out to help with the releasing of deep well pump and again securing after installation. The new pump replacement/installment went very well with new all stainless steel pump assembly probably will last 25 - 30 years, other new parts as needed, more. New Deep Well Pump works very well, but unexpected, found there was a pipe breakage in a tough location. Environmental Service came up with game plan on rerouting piping in a short distance, reconnect to tank. I agreed to the plan. Work was performed neatly, quality layout, and in an organized timely manner, communicating each step. Reroute pipe was completed with great layout, with additions. Additions per Environmental and my thoughts to add union, new check valve, Tee with plug, and relief valve. Plus addition, remove old piping, epoxied two holes, set pressure switch to 40/60 psi, cleaned up. After talking and thanking my neighbors, realized they call Environmental Service as family, now me too. I will recommend Environmental Well Service to anyone in need of repairs/replacement. Mike and his guys drill the best wells in Galveston County. We finally got good water after 10 years of contaminated water from SANTA FE ISD.. THANKS MIKE

Environmental Service has drilled and serviced wells for most of my family out here. They have always done a great job and are very reasonable.

I had them outfit a well for my new house. They came out very quickly and did an excellent job setting everything up.

That same day, my mom's house's main shutoff valve started leaking and they were able to come out the next day and replace it.

These folks are great and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

We have used them in the past and have always been satisfied with their service. This time our well went on a Sunday. Not only did they answer the phone but they were willing to come out the following morning. Now that may not seem like a big deal but they had a full schedule and were willing to fit us in. The is a company who cares about their customers. The guys that came out were super helpful and helped us with what the problem was (electrical on our end). I would recommend them to anyone. Always the most helpful technicians who will tell you how to fix something yourself and sell you the parts for a reasonable price before having to pay to have someone out there. Got my well up thanks to this shop and I will only buy well parts from here period.

They were recommended to us by Santa Fe Water Services (whom we also love and use). We thought the cost to repair our well was going to be expensive, but it needed to be done. So, after calling all the companies in the area we knew Environmental was the right choice. They were quick to book us, followed up to confirm, let us know when they were on their way and showed up right on time! They were very courteous and patient- both office and field staff. They explained everything to us, we’re very thorough and were extremely reasonable with pricing. They did not try to screw us over with quality or pricing. They didn’t treat us like we were stupid or wasting their time like the other rude companies in the area. I would recommend them to anyone!

Can't say enough good things about this company. When another well company completely botched our new pump install Environmental came out and redid the install correctly. They are fantastic with diagnosing issues and repairing them correctly and efficiently.

Digging a new water well is an EXTENSIVE lengthy process, and for that reason is not cheap at all, but after being hands on throughout the whole process, I can see how the costs factor in. I give Mike and Jack and the rest 6 STARS and told them anytime that they need to use us as a personal reference, to please do.

These guys are literally at my house right now. I could not say enough about how great they are. They have answered everyone of my many questions and have been very polite and professional. I was dreading this whole process BC we have messed with our well for two days with no luck I'm very thankful to just be able to set back and let them handle this all. I highly recommend this business we have bought small items in the past but they are taking care of it all today. They are 10 out 10 in my book. Happy customer

The pump on my well went out around 5pm on a Sunday. I called and left a message, and they called me back BEFORE 8:00 am on Monday morning. by 9:30 am I had a new pump and was able to continue my laundry. and it did NOT break my bank!!! the price is very fair!!!!!!

We've had issues on New Year's eve where people wouldn't even return our calls but Environmental did. AND they came out and fixed our well, we had water! Really appreicate a hard working company who above and beyond for their customers!

Any time we have a challenge with our well, they are always quick and get the job done right.
