Bourbon St. Cafe

Been here a few times over the last 6 months for brunch and lunch. I really like the chicken sandwiches, and the hot chicken Benedict. The food has been prepared consistent and in large portions. Service is fast and friendly and I particularly enjoy the weekends when they have live music playing in the bar area. I also would give it points for leveraging Toast’s pay by phone system allowing me to easily pay my bill AND to rack up loyalty points for future visits.

A great place to catch a business lunch. The food was fantastic! We had some great appetizers! The Blackened Alligator Bites, Hush Puppies, and the Crab Dip were great to share.

I do think the service was rather slow. The Appetizers arrived quickly but after that it seemed like it took a long time for the entrees to arrive!

I would highly recommend giving this place a try!

My first time at Bourbon Street Cafe and definitely not my last. The food was perfect and there was nothing wrong.

We had the best waiter I've ever had. Tom was attentive, professional and accommodating. Our drinks were bevy empty.

I got the ribeye but really wanted the Oscar topping and Tom made it happen.

I 100% recommend this restaurant!

I really enjoyed dinner here. We had a large party of 13 which typically means food comes out slower and things just take longer. Not the case tonight! Everything was great from the oyster appetizers to the entrees (I had the Beef and Bayou ribeye). Highly recommended

We have only tried appetizers so far but they were delicious! My partner loves oysters and he was highly impressed with the freshness and quality. Our bartender Dave Mathew’s made our experience so fun! He set the tone… we stayed a little longer to enjoy the live music and did not regret our decision one bit. We shall return. Overall great experience.👌🏽

Today was my first time dining at Bourbon St. Cafe and I had a great time! Tom was our server and he was exceptional and took great care of our crew. Loved the Fettuccine Alfredo! Would definitely recommend!

What a gem! Love this place, I’ve been to New Orleans many times. Bourbon Cafe is like going to one of that restaurants innthrbFrench Quarters. Food tasted amazing, I had oysters, gumbo, calamari, salmon, and their enormous chocolate cake (no kidding it must have been over 1lb., enough tk share with 6 people, which our group did!). Can wait to visit if I come back to Tulsa!

We were in town for the Chili Bowl in January 2023 and were downtown checking some stuff out. Needed lunch so we stopped in here. Big menu and I had a hard time deciding what to get. I settled with the Nawlins hot chicken sandwich. Dang it was good! I’ll see if I can talk the fellas into coming back for a return visit in 2024! 😬

Tom was great. We were celebrating a new career and move to Tulsa and happened to come by for the first time. The food was AMAZING… the best in Tulsa!!! Tom was very helpful in understanding the menu, recommended drinks that were spot on and the food… I’m speechless. I would have thought I was in NOLA or in NYC for this quality and vibe. Will definitely come back and ask for Tom!

They were open for Brunch so we had two different kinds of omelette and the biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious, warm, and well proportioned. The staff was very friendly and checked on us often! The patio had great jazz music and an fun atmosphere. Will be back often!! Mia was our server and was absolutely amazing!! Ask for her. ☺

Went for Valentines dinner. The food was absolutely delectable! We were enjoying the live music and drinks Apparently they didn't get our entrees out according to their standards so they presented us with gift cards that will afford us another dinner on them. This was our 1st time eating there but definitely not be our last. Can't wait to try other things on their menu. So appreciate a customer satisfaction centered restaurant!

I recently ate dinner on a Friday night and had a great experience. The food was good; I had the blackened alligator bites and the Louisiana gumbo. The staff was very friendly and the bar manager even came and asked how my experience was. I thanked her for the hospitality. There was even some live music, which adds to the ambiance. If you want a place to eat in downtown Tulsa with a good atmosphere I highly suggest this restaurant.

While at a conference in Tulsa (week of July 24) we walked here from the Hyatt. It was hopping at 5:30 and we had about a 30 minute wait. The hostess who seated us was friendly, and we had a great server. Had a 30 minute wait for our dinner. Regardless, I would recommend a stop here for a meal while in Tulsa. I had the seafood salad, with grilled shrimp and crab (very good), and my husband had the hot chicken, which was hot and spicy. (I tried a couple of the jalapeno hushpuppies with his dish, and they were delicious - not spicy at all!) A pleasant atmosphere for dinner. There is also a bar opposite of the dining area, and a nice seating area outside (but too hot for anyone to use).

Great food and service, they have a nice bar area with a lot of drink options. The menu is big, and I really am looking forward to trying some of the other items. Dim lighting and low-key atmosphere and even though it was busy, you couldn't really tell once you sat down because the seating arrangements are setup really well.

The 8oz seared filet was absolutely off the hook! 10 out of 10! So juicy ,just melts in your mouth! That chef needs to be awarded!!
The Bananas foster chs cake is to die for! So creamy and delicious!
The Server Zaria and her partner were exceptional 👌. I highly recommend this place if you want an amazing juicy steak!

I never thought I would say that Tulsa would have great oysters, but OMG the Bourbon St. Cafe has amazing oysters and it was happy hour so they were only $1 each! The ahi tuna nachos were also amazing. Great looking bar area and the staff was very nice and attentive!

I couldn't help rating this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because everything was awesome. The service was speedy and attentive. And although I did not pay for the meal, the food was absolutely amazing and worth the price, in my opinion. I will be coming back. There's so many more things I want to try.

I’ve eaten here several times for lunch and always enjoyed it. I had the pleasure of dining here the other night before seeing a show at the TPAC. The food, as always, was incredible. But the service somehow surpassed even their normal exceptional standards. Tom, our server, was incredibly attentive and made sure we were able to make curtain with no problems. HIGHLY recommend.

Happy Hour on the patio! The drinks pictured are not on the Happy Hour menu, we enjoyed them though. $1 oysters and the Cajun queso was $10. The spicy chicken strips were delicious with the sauce it came with.

I love that this is one of few restaurants in Tulsa where the ambiance is quiet and calm and soothing. Great date night, excellent happy hour. Delicious food. Customer service was pretty good. The food is salted/spicy but we were happy about it. It wasn't your typical bland made for boring taste pallet food that is ultra common in Tulsa. Cocktail menu is on point. My only complaint, parking is not free. 👍 if this review helped you.
