Angel was a true Angel. When I asked for help replacing my headlight it proved to be a challenge removing the old lamp. Angel was kind patient and never gave up on getting that old lamp out. He is a real gem. Thank you so much Angel!!

After being told they couldn't help me at OReillys just down the street, Dustin at AutoZone on Murdock was INCREDIBLY helpful. A GREAT customer service rep with an eye to finding solutions while staying friendly and courteous!! He likes people; he likes cars. What a difference from those other guys! I'll choose AutoZone again!

After waking up to a dead battery, Dustin at Auto Zone replaced my battery and wipe blades this morning and was incredibly helpful in pointing me in the right direction with what I needed. Let them help you out with awesome service!!!!

On 06/08/2023, I went to this location to purchase some items for a 1994 Acura Integra K24 Swapped Turbocharged, Six-Speed Manual, FWD that I had just purchased. Dustin and Angel were awesome! Both associates had a genuine and friendly smile and they were very welcoming upon my entry into the store. Both of them helped me quickly locate premium wiper blades, Valvoline 5W-30 Full Synthetic Diesel Oil, a funnel to add oil, and some disposable blue shop towels. I was now ready for a 1000 mile journey to Whitney Point, NY.

I was very impressed and appreciative of the customer support that I received from the AutoZone Murdock Street Store Manager on Sunday, October 8th. Dustin, I believe his name was,. He was very kind and helpful.

Had myself a wonderful trip to my local Auto Zone a few days ago. I don't usually take time out of my busy day to write a review, but I was extremely impressed by this store. It was clean and tidy, including the bathroom (they were nice enough to let me use). I encountered Nicole and Dustin on my visit. Both were friendly and helpful! One not only helped me, but also instructed me on how to install one of my new wiper blades myself (I had asked to be shown how to do this). Well done and keep up the amazing work at this store! I will be back for future auto needs!

The guys at AutoZone on Murdock Ave in Oshkosh are always good to me. Today i came in needing help with my trailer hitch and Dylan( i think thats what his name tag said) helped me out with zero hesitancy. He's my hero today!

Gary and Dustin always go above and beyond. Gary is a long term employee who is very knowledgeable. Dustin did not hesitate to helping me exchange a bad battery for my truck even when it was 18 degrees and 20 mph winds. I am a long term customer and use them for all my auto needs.

Whenever I have needed anything at AutoZone on Murdock Ave., I have received great service at great prices. Recently, I had to replace a rear brake light and Dylan replaced it for free. I could not recommend this location more!

The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and explaining a few things to me and made it very easy for me to make a decision even though I didn't buy anything from the store felt very comfortable going into that store with my limited mileage of Auto and knew I would get it in decent honest answer and a fair price. Didn't feel like I was being trying to be sold something that was I didn't need or the price was way jacked up and there was something else I could have used definitely love those guys at AutoZone

Dylan and Dustin helped me replace my battery when 3 other local parts stores wouldn't. They went above and beyond and both showed great customer service and customer loyalty. Thanks again guys I will tell everyone to go to Autozone over everyone else in town.

My preference for auto parts stores. They can get you wat you need normally with in a day. Nice rewards program. Most of the employees have basic knowledge of automobile repair which is better than the other auto parts stores in town. Oh yes and they will scan your engine light for free without sales pressure

5 star service from Sui Long. I was having trouble ordering a part with a coupon code because an almost impossible to discover technicality existed on the website. After calling the store and the issue of why being unknown, I received a call back from Sui after he took the initiative on his own to figure out the complicated problem and explained it to me and I successfully order my parts. Thank you Sui, that was far above and beyond customer service you just do NOT find anymore these days.
