Why all the neg comments? We eat in.. at 8pm.. so Fresh.. we enjoyed eating on the patio.. it was so nice and the food was Amazing! The veggies was so so fresh! Yummy.. and the cashier was so friendly and helpful on what to order! Don’t believe everything you see and hear! Thank you so much.

This restaurant is very clean and the woman behind the counter was friendly. I ordered the hibachi combo chicken and shrimp with mushroom soup, chicken Pad Thai, beef and broccoli and crab Rangoon. The food was hot and the portions are large. This was my first visit and I will be back again.

We had a great meal at Asia Cafe Xpress. We ate in and the dining room was very clean and nice. Portions here are very big for the price and the quality of the food is surprisingly excellent. The staff is super friendly. We both got the lunch special which came with a soup. We were stuffed. Remember to bring CASH because it is cheaper than paying with a card. If you live in Bristol, you should definitely add this place to your list, especiallyfor lunch. Please give me a "thumbs up 👍" if this review helped you.

This place was AMAZING! From the parking lot having an abundance of parking to the dining room being immaculately clean. The lady who took our order was very patient and extremely professional. I will say I was a bit skeptical of the food because of another "fast food" experience from a similar style menu. Let me just tell you.....they went above and beyond on the portions of food we ordered. We had Hibachi Steak, Orange Chicken and Fried rice with a veggie egg roll and mushroom soup. And oh my goodness, it was absolutely delicious 😋! They brought our food to the table already bagged and ready to go which I found very efficient as we had leftovers to bring home. Being that today was Easter Sunday....my fiance asked if they preferred us to take our food with us as not to keep them and the lady said no, take your time....you have the entire dining room to yourself and if you like, you can also sit on the patio. It was a very welcoming environment. When we left we made sure to tell her and the cook how impressed we were and after gracious thank you's, she said "I hope you will come back." Now that's GREAT customer service and we will definitely be back! Thank you all again for such an amazing dinner at an affordable and reasonable price.

I had been avoiding this since it opened because of the low rating they started with but finally decided to check it out for myself. The dining area was very clean and there was a nice area outside that I wished I'd noticed before I'd ate, the employees were really nice, prompt, professional and patient as it took me a minute to take in their menu. I tried the Mongolian beef dinner (spice level 10) with lo mein, an order of egg rolls and a bubble tea. Wish I'd noticed the sushi earlier but that there's always next time. All of the food was very tasty, I only wish they'd had a spice level 25 because their 10 is about a 3 in my opinion. The only thing I really had a slight issue with is that when using a card you pay a higher price. It's not much, maybe 20¢ per item and they are very open about it as it's posted on their menu but I still think it sucks but not bad enough to lower my rating. If you haven't tried these guys yet I highly recommend checking them out or for those that had a bad experience early on should give it another shot because they seem to have it all together now. We love takeout from Asia Express. The food is always fresh and delicious. The owner is so friendly and gives our pup a treat when we pick up our food. Try the Mongolian Beef it’s our favorite!!

Pepper chicken arrived hot and was delicious! Very good food. Called for extra soy sauce to be added to my bag before the dasher picked it up and they added plenty. Was super friendly on the phone. Will order again

Massive portions, food is excellent, the folks are so sweet every time I go through. Legitimately don't understand the negative reviews.

I eat massive portions and I still can order one meal and have two meals EASILY from it. A gem.

I’ve been here a few time, and the window service is always great. She food is exactly what you would expect and is just as tasty as any sit down restaurant. The portion size is great for the price as well!

I have given this place more chances and they seem to have gotten better over time for sure, so I have changed my review to 5/5! A bit spendy but the portions make up for it. The lady who runs it is the sweetest.

I'm not sure where the negative reviews came from, but I had absolutely no problem with this place. The food was hot and tasty and cooked as it should be, with good portions. Service was friendly and quick enough. They even gave senior discounts to my parents. I haven't had a problem here for the time being. It seems a bit underrated to me, actually. Whatever problems that might've happened before seem to have been corrected now (I was like others, waiting to come here once I saw collective reviews at least above 3 stars). I hope the previous negative reviews aren't hurting their business now because it seems as if they have everything together at this point.

Oh, and just as a note, paying with cash will cost less than with a credit card. I just thought that would be important to mention.

Food was very good. Large portions. Lil bit of a language barrier, but was never an issue. Very friendly staff. Huge menu with about anything you could want.

I've never had such polite and friendly service anywhere else. The food is pretty great but the service is superb.

We used to go to hibachi often so this was a great find! Gyoza & the combos were great & the lady at the drive through was really sweet! Definitely going again

Delicious hibachi shrimp! Generous serving and reasonably priced. So glad they opened near me.

We have been there several times. Never any issues except one soup left out one time. Food has always been good. Orange chicken can get messy in your bag so keep your bag level. Noodles, rice and egg rolls very good. Sweet and sour soup very tasty.

I wasn't impressed with their soup & that you got charged more for using your card. But the main entree & noodles & rice was very good. Clean environment & the customer service was exceptional
