They were AMAZING. A nice little niche desert spot with very friendly staff. I'm usually incredibly nervous when I enter a store and all of the employees are teenagers - but everyone was incredibly polite and even made sure we were enjoying our food as we ate. My mom got a cookie sandwich, I got the sundae option. Over 20+ toppings and a whole lot of different options to choose from, a build-your-own style menu. The person helping us even informed us of small details we may/may not like (like the chocolate ice cream having both white and milk chocolate in it), which was incredibly nice.

We spent about $27 for a cookie sandwich, an ice cream sundae, and two drinks. Pretty cheap for a specialty desert store. The portions are LARGE no matter what you get, so unless you're going on an empty stomach like we did, I would share. Overall loved it, can't wait to come back when I visit.

If you want a challenge of a sugar high, go here! These milk shakes are insane. They also have a small selection of scoop ice cream for kiddos. You can get them to go, and they have not so elaborate ones.

Sweet treats made with passion. I watched the people working there taste-testing and ultimately throwing out a batch of cookies that did not "make the grade." The rotating menu is the draw for me. I will keep coming back with the family to see what surprises are in store for us.

We dropped by Hello Chonky while visiting friends out of town. BEST smooth Cold Brew Coffee I’ve had!! Y’all need to try the Chocolate Chip Cookie!! 👌🏻it’s warm and Delicious!!! What a cool experience it was to see how they make them. Clean store with very friendly staff!! Will definitely be going back.. this is the Banana Milkshake my friend got!🤗 it was AMAZING!!!

Cookies are great.. we came in for the first time and got 1 of each cookie.. so yummy.. we love it more than crumble and we are happy to support a local shop... keep up the great work.. everyone was nice

Very friendly staff/owners. We had the new fancy milkshakes in the souvenir glass. Some from the menu, a couple 'build your own'. Lots of fun.

The first order I received hung out at the neighbors house for a week while they were on vacation. Chonky cookie customer service attended to the issue immediately and replaced the order.

I can safely say that these are the best cookies I’ve ever had. The chocolate covered cherry 🍒 is next level!

I’m not one to review often but it was interesting to see some of the negative reviews. As I’ve had a different experience, itd only be fair to mention mines. Have mostly ordered online, and Chonky staff always delivers. Don’t be fooled by the name, the business also serves a great cafe menu, as their drinks are my usual go to. It’s been convenient to pick up my order as the business does have a drive through window, but going inside isn’t a hassle either as you’re met with sweet workers.

I’ve gotten drinks more than I have food items so I can only give say on that, and the drinks never miss. I am lactose intolerant so it’s been kind to know that the staff follows through. There is a plethora of milk alternatives and flavors that you can add in your coffee, lattes, etc. so that’s always neat. And there are frappachino options for the non-caffeine drinkers (but there’s also a decaf option too, didn’t lie when I said plethora). Definitely give this place a try if you haven’t!

Hello Chonky is a great locally owned small business! It's been great to watch their success grow in such a relatively short amount of time. What started as a small home-based business with a few staple options almost instantly flourished into a stand alone brick and mortar location with an exciting new weekly menu! The owners are very involved in the community and support so many great causes. The customer service continues to get better all of the time.

I’m not one to post reviews often, however, I didn’t like the negative reviews I was seeing. The cookies here are delicious and rival Crumbl. I personally love Crumbl, however, the quality of these cookies are just as good if not better, and I’d much rather support a local business! If you like lots of chocolate chips in your cookie, then you’ll love these! I’m not a huge fan of a ton of chocolate chips, but I still went back and ordered the dirt n worms cookie. If you don’t like one cookie they serve, they have others to choose from! Plus, to buy fancy milkshakes like the ones they sell here, you have to drive over an hour to Destin for them, so it’s awesome that they now provide this gourmet milkshake option locally! I didn’t have any problem with the staff, and even if I did, they’re still fairly new and training, plus some look like high school students, so why be negative? It would be cool if they could start offering a type of rewards program though :)

The best cookies, milkshakes and coffees around! The staff are so kind and helpful! I love the fact that there are new flavors of cookies each week! There is no better place in the Wiregrass for cookies, shakes, or coffee! HCC is by far the best around! Thanks Hello Chonky!

The staff was super friendly, the coffee was exceptional and cookies are amazing! Love the fun, clean atmosphere and that they have some outdoor seating. Definitely going to be back 🤗

Tried the new Avocado Toast this morning. WOW! Great flavors; all fresh and beautifully presented. Only small negative, left me wanting one more piece…☺

Best place to get dessert in the entire southeast of Alabama. The owner will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied.

Talk about an amazing cookie 🍪!! It is the best ever!! Sooooo gooey in the middle. The Tillamook ice cream is delicious too.!! It is so creamy and packed with flavor. ❤

The coffee is fine but the cookies are the real star of the menu. I can’t travel out of town to see family or friends without a request that I bring a half dozen cookies from here.

We made a little surprise visit here with our kids. We ordered a chocolate chip cookie, pumpkadoodle cookie, molten chocolate cookie, Oreo ice cream cup, and an Elvis milkshake. Everything was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back here! Don’t go to Crumble! GO TO CHONKY! 😂❤🍪 employees were wonderful and place was clean too! Thank you!

Me and my daughter visit regularly after school. This has been such a great treat to have in town. Even though the place is always busy when we come, the wait in line is well worth it. The cookies and milkshakes are so darn good it keeps us coming back. Also, I am a sucker for their coffee selections. It seems like all my Dunkin Donut points went down the drain when this opened. lol.

I forgot to add that if you are looking for cookies to have at a party or a get- together, this place is best in town. ❤
