Great hot coffee and iced coffee. Great variety of fresh Donuts. The Donuts have sugar sprinkled on them and they do not have frosted Donuts here. Fruit Juices are available too. Good, hot breakfast sandwiches for great prices too. The egg and cheese wraps are an incredible deal. We usually go through the drive thru and do not eat inside, although you can. We enjoy it.

Free food using app for ordering ahead. Always consistent. Good coffee and espresso.

i go here all the time but today i had a very nice experience and thought id share :) i got the salted caramel cold brew without anything added thinking it'd be sweet enough but it was too bitter for me so i called and asked if they could remake it with sugar and milk and apologized for being annoying, and the person did it with no complaints and was nice enough to even have me try it before i left again to make sure i liked it and offered to make something else if i didn't. ive never had a bad experience here but that person really brightened my day!

I don't know how they do it. I stopped there on the way to work and there's a line with like 20 cars and I'm in and out of there in about 3 minutes through the drive-thru. My coffee is always right it is always hot and it is always quick. The employees always have a smile. Truly rare especially in this day and age.

Awesome employees, this place is the best. We go there all the time and everyone knows what we want before even asking. If you want excellent, great, and friendly service this is the place to go. Thank you Dunkin for hiring the best of the best at this location!!!!!

Broadview hts., Dunkin Donuts is fast and their team lead- Kayla has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She is on top of her staff getting things correct in a motivating & follow the steps training style. Very Professional……. Never messed up an order and great customer service…..

Come here on a weekly basis, employees are polite and nice. The drinks I get are always tasty. The only thing that I hate is that sometimes there are huge lines.

The team here is amazing. Very accommodating to EV travelers with their charging stating and excellent customer service. We ordered, had to hang out a while. Everyone was so nice! The coffee excellent and fresh, and doughnuts awesome as always! 100% come back again.

The fastest dunkin around. They're usually pretty busy in the mornings but the drive through line goes super quick. They're always very friendly and always get the orders right.

The line was long but it moved fairly quickly. The woman at the window was so cheerful. It’s midday and I just needed coffee (I was a little Spicey I’m sure) but she made my day! She should be a manager if she isn’t already. I’d work for her anyway if she’s always that happy.

Adriana was fantastic, I’ve never had a beverage so refreshing. It’s as if she spend hours brewing my drink to perfection then served it on a silver platter. Amazing customer service and a perfect hand crafted coffee which i enjoyed to the last drop. If i could give 10 stars i would, i plan to stop there everyday 3 times a day!!

This is by far the BEST Dunkin Donuts around. Staff is friendly, quick and excellent. Lots of bakery choices ALL THE TIME. Donuts taste fantastic too and filled donuts have lots of filling. Many coffee choices and each one is made to order correctly and tastes great. Definitely recommend!

Yummy yum yum! I pulled into the parking lot n parked, we went inside as the drive thru was a little busy n were So happy we did as Everyone was happy n smiling. The young blonde gentleman who helped me was AWESOME. I'm so sorry I can't remember his name. We got a dz of mixed donuts..... which were sooooo fresh n yummy!!! OOO and the drive thru...was pretty quick! We will be back soon.... Your our new Dunkin Donuts store! Thank you again!

Recently went here to pick up my co-workers orders - 4 drinks and ended up spilling all three all over my car, and myself - the girl at the window offered to remake all and brought me out napkins and even free donut holes because I had a full on breakdown and was crying in their parking lot. So sorry to whoever saw that, but the politeness was appreciated lmao.

Stopped because they kindly had EV charger in the parking lot, and ended up with a nice lunch as well as a full battery. I'm sure there is a joke on there about recharging my batteries in more ways than one, but I can't figure it out

Went to the Dunkin donut on broadview rd on oct 1 around 1-130. The lady working the drive through was the most kind nice friendly and cheerful person I’ve ever seen! It’s out of my way to come to this location but after the experience it’s worth the drive to have friendly people !

I am a creature of habit. I stop at this particular DD every morning on my way to work. I have never been disappointed! The staff refers to me by name and always makes my morning commute a little easier. I have tried other DDs in the area, and they pale in comparison to the service received at Broadview and 82.

This is one of the best Dunkin donuts I've been to. The staff is always friendly! And I've never waited in the drivethrough line longer than 5 minutes! Very fast!

This basic crew performed a herculean effort and efficiency with a welcoming smile at the window despite a car line that extended out into the street on a Sunday morning.

Kudos to them.
