Assistant General Manager Jada is arguably the most kind, sincere, to the point woman you could ever ask for. My experience at Tropical Smoothie was nothing less than phenomenal because of her. The way she care for my extra coconut and the way she handled the blender has nothing short of professional. Thank you jada for everything that you did for me today. You made my day incredible.

This place is great. I love several of their smoothies and I have tried most of their wraps and they are super delicious! I also love the Kale Apple Slaw they have as a side. My favorite smoothie right now is the Mango Magic and my favorite wrap is the Supergreen Ceaser.
The service has been nothing but exceptional and the male manager that has been there does a great job. Seems like employees enjoy him and the environment he provides for them plus the customers is good. I had an issue with my app not taking the free smoothie and he was very helpful in resolving the issue.

Overall, was very pleased with everything. When they first opened up I was not too happy with anything. But 3 weeks ago, I started going back again and have been a repeat customer because everything was exceptional.

Cute place, friendly staff and yummy smoothies! I got strawberry banana and it was delicious. About $4 for the drink, which I don't think I said a size and she didn't ask but it was fine with me...

We love Tropical.Smoothie! Not only do they have a great assortment of healthy and delicious Smoothies, but they also have great food options too. The kale and apple salad is amazing!! In addition to the great food and drink options, they have a great team. Their customer service is always terrific - super friendly and helpful. They're also very quick and convenient with a nice online ordering option.

My wife and I have been here multiple times, and each time they make our smoothie super fast. The choices are all delicious and a great meal replacement or a treat every so often. In my experience the staff has always been friendly. Make sure to try the edible lime straw (and don't forget to ask for an actual straw too). Make sure to ask for a military discount if that applies to you. We love coming back each time.
