I love when Heidi is working the window! She has incredible customer service skills and is very knowledgeable at her job! She truly is a gem and you should be lucky to have her as an employee there!

Algona Scooters is awesome and now they have my morning coffee drink and order down to a tee. They always have great service and Heidi makes sure everything goes smooth, she is awesome.

Amazing place with a great staff and owner that are always professional and kind. The drinks and food are fantastic, and that Megan girl makes the best chai latte I've ever had!

Unfortunately my blended coffee had small hair strands inside of my cup. I didn’t realize it until after I drank half of it and notice the hair. I would suggest employees should be wearing a hair cap.
