I called around looking for the best price for a poster I wanted printed for the women's march. When I called Santa Rosa Printing Company, they offered to do it for free! When I picked it up, they had made me two posters! I will be going there for all my printing needs from now on.

Excellent printing services delivered with a personal touch. One of the only places I can get a full size proof of a project before the print order. It can be a life saver for color correction. Great little print shop!

Great prints, easy to work with until it came time to pay. They charged far more than the quote, $30 extra for two postcard size proofs. When I asked for clarification on the pricing, the owner became very angry & made to cancel the transaction altogether. Won’t be using this service again.

Customer service was not great. Printed my job wrong and blamed me for it. Could only give me a small discount to fix it. I would be careful using this company. Lots of other business around.

The staff is very rude. Customer service is unacceptable. I would be embarrassed if I would be owner.
