This is what A1 customer services about. I was in desperate need for a specific battery, but is very hard to find. Called their office 15 minutes before they closed. Explain my situation and the owner who was the one that took my call immediately offered to wait for me. This is what makes a business successful And strong IMHO! Customer service at this level, set a lot of business, and what to expect from them. Wishing them all the success as they do deserve it.

Excellent customer service. I was able to found in this store the battery for a hydraulic patient lift. I didn't have to wait for the shipment when ordering online. I just went to this store near my home and got it right away. The owners, Darling and Tim are extremely kind and willing to help. I also got a state-of-the-art flashlight for $25 less of what it cost me on Amazon. It is a pleasure to visit this store because of the friendly welcome and how professional they are and the best of all they are in my neighborhood.

I bought 2 Duracell AGM marine deep cycle batteries from the store in Perrine/Cutler Bay in 2021. They wouldn’t take a charge anymore just barely inside the 30 month warranty period, but Jimmy went the extra mile for me by warrantying both batteries, even though he didn’t sell me the originals. He and everyone else at this store are very knowledgeable, very fair, and very customer service oriented. Their location is always well stocked and immaculate, and they have a customer for life!

Amazing and knowledgeable customer service! They assisted us with finding a new car battery. Forget waiting at the dealer four hours; in and out in 10 mins. This is the place to go!

What a wonderful experience to get batteries. I stopped by with all my four kids to see about getting batteries for my car remote and staff was so kind and helpful. It was so convenient to walk in and walk out. Definitely check this place out. They have batteries of all kinds and bulbs and flashlights etc. :)

Muy buen servicio y variedad de productos. Vine por una batería de auto y me sorprendió encontrar que tiene una gran variedad de baterías para: Carros, camiones, botes, motos, computadoras, celulares, alarmas, celulares y mucho más. Si tu necesitas una batería rara y de características especiales, aquí la puedes encontrar. En mi caso (Batería para carros), hay una gran variedad y con diferentes planes de garantía. Hablan español e ingles.

We needed 2 batteries to replace the ones that failed us in our backup power supply, we used to go to the Batteries Plus in Perrine. But they closed down. When we looked up other Batteries Plus places we found one on 127th Avenue and 122nd street but when we got there they are not opened for business yet. So we had to drive all the way down to South Miami but they had what we needed and Caesar took very good care of us. Although these are expensive batteries we hope they'll last us for many years to come and keep our Computer running when and if we lose power.
