Convenient and good general service. I don't often come by, but the staff is helpful nonetheless.

I have been at the store 3 times. Overall good costumer service.

I honestly don't get why people have been giving the place bad reviews based on the "high" prices. If you are going to give a review please base it on the service and experience! So if you want to rant on the prices, please just add it to the review and give it the amount of stars for the service.

Customer service is great. Friendly and knowledgeable

You guys this store is THE place to print anything. They printed everything for my wedding. They will help you design anything and cater to your needs. I wish I talked to them before I ordered overpriced invitations. They printed my various signs, table numbers, seating chart, QR codes for money dance, place cards, favor tags, and a huge map with photos of me and my husband on it! The paper they used is very high quality and they have a ton of options. The owner and his team communicated very clearly and even offered suggestions based on their expertise. Best of all it was all done very fast!

I had never had a problem here. Great customer service. Staff not to friendly but they do want they need to do. Help and serve you. That's the main thing in my opinion.

I just spent time in the Delano UPS Store. They were sooooo helpful!!! I needed a birth certificate notarized. They helped me figure everything out, and got the forms shipped to the right places. They were patient, courtious, kind, ... I'll definitely go there again:)

Hi my Mel,I've been going to UPS for two years,and I highly recommend Delano's UPS,Their staff is super friendly,and helpful.They always answer my questions,and help me if I need help.I wish I can give them more created than 5 stars.If you need to print,or mail or creat a shipping label DELANO UPS is the place to go.

Super fast service Andy was really quick helping me with what I needed have a conversation with me and made time go by faster would recommend coming here!

Very nice and fast service. Had to ship something fragile to my sister and it got there in one piece and in time. Cheaper than USPS or PostNet.

The service is really good. They all know what their doing and the Supervisor is really nice also.
