Efrain provided great customer service walked out with a good deal on my home Wifi!! Definitely recommend!!

This store is freaking amazing! I was having trouble with my phone so I called customer service and they didn't help. I went to the other Verizon on Cecil and didn't want to help. When I came here Art greeted me and was very nice, friendly, and helpful! Art fixed my problem quickly and even helped me save money on my account while getting me a new tablet! Honestly such a great experience here at this store because all the staff was really nice! I will only be coming here!

I love this store. Gabe gave us a couple of much needed upgrades for an even better price! The service we receive here is like none other! He is our rep moving forward and if anyone needs a good Verizon experience, come here!

These Verizon's have been sending me everywhere from customer service to the apple store find help with my phone and no one was any help at all! I came to this store because it was close to me and it looked very nice and I was helped by Art. He was by far the most helpful person I've worked with in the past week and I am grateful for him! If you need anything I strongly recommend working with Art!

Gabe is the best! He is so clear and concise about the charges and what they represent on my bill. He offered a home internet, it didn’t work for me, and he helped me with the return process. I will always come here for my Verizon needs!

This is the only Verizon I will be going to! They were so much more helpful then the stores in Bakersfield! I worked with Art and he was just great! He helped me find exactly the phones I needed and was very friendly and nice to my family! Best verizon experience I have had was here and with Art!

I had a great experience here! I had a worker named Gabe help me find the perfect phone. I do not know much about phones but he went into detail about what every phone has and the pros and cons of them. His service was fast and friendly.

My bill has been pretty high lately, so I came in to see if I had any savings and Mike and Art really helped me out! Saved me almost $20 a month and I was only at the store for 10 minutes! Best customer service! Make sure you see Mike and Art!

I came in with a phone problem and the gentleman representative Hector helped me find a solution. He gave me a good upgrade and was able to transfer my information and overall I had a great experience. I highly recommend this store.

My phone was not working at all and I was getting really frustrated. I don't anything about phones but a worker named Art helped me find a great phone and I didn't have to pay so much! He was a great person to talk to and he assisted me well!

Young lady by the name of Daisy very sweet and helpful. She helped me at my best interest and did everything she can to help me without forcing me to buy. My phone ended up working just fine after she updated everything. I did a 30 minute drive, and I am glad the issue was fixed. Will come here for all my cellular needs

Went over the other day and bought an iPhone. Beyond impressed with their customer service.! One particular female actually was extremely polite and professional. Eneidi was her name:). She sold me my phone at a good price working with the money I had, set me up on a good plan, and made me feel like I mattered as a customer. Definitely will be back again, and would HIGHLY recommend.!

I’m recently new to Verizon just switched over a couple of days ago and the first Verizon I went to messed up my number I was trying to transfer my old number from my previous carrier but it wouldn’t go through at the time so they had to give me a new number which the new number wasn’t working to where I wasn’t getting and texts or calls in. So I went to a different Verizon store the next day which is the one Art works at and he explained why I wasn’t getting calls or text from my new number he then helped me get my old phone number back and now my phone works great I’m getting texts and calls again so thank you so much Art. 100% recommend Art if you need help with your phone.

My phone was giving me problems for a WEEK, but Leticia and Art worked with me and got my phone working quick! I should just have come here instead of waiting for customer service to answer my calls! Come here not the other Verizon in town. Customer service here is 10/10

Aaron provided excellent service. He successfully assisted us with adding my dad as a new line. He quoted me with different promotions, and saved us money by explaining how each plan worked. Aaron took care of us in a professional manner, and Verizon should be proud to have Aaron as an employee.

I've been frustrated with my old phone for the longest time. It was very slow. Art found me some great deals so that I could a new phone for a really good price! Thanks Art!
