I apologize for my husband's enthusiasm we don't let him out much. Samantha greeted us as we walked in and helped us pick out me and my husband's phone , her and her teammate Chasity helped listen to his ramblings. It was really nice location and could tell it was recently remodeled I really appreciate the team here. They have a lot of patience

Beautiful store, very clean and tidy and great personality’s all around. Samantha was super helpful and the whole team was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be recommending this store specifically to my friends and family in the area.

Came by to see if there was any deals on the iPhone, Staff was very Knowledgeable and had no problems helping me out. By far the best T-Mobile location I have been to!

Nice store but worst customer service ever! Told me they can lose their job for trying to help me add a line with an account I MADE and has been in my name for damn near 15 years if not more and is now somehow under my husbands ssn!?. AGAIN!!! even though I was able to prove to them on my app that I am the primary account holder! T-Mobile is a joke lately. You’re not stopping fraud you’re stopping your loyal customers!
