I love this hidden gem in Indian Creek Plaza. From the happy and helpful cashier (owner) and staff, this was worth every penny! The sandwiches, salads, chips (Purple Sea Salt Potatoes) and drinks are perfection. Delicious, fresh. We will be coming here frequently.

This place has the best food. It is packed full of flavor and it won't disappoint. There are a TON of vegan options as well. The soups are all homemade. I had a delicious salad with an apple butter vinaigrette.

Tried this place for lunch the other day and the wife and I were amazed. I forgot to get their names, but I think they were the owners. They were fantastic very friendly and inviting. The sandwiches we got were incredible the flavor was out of this world. Highly recommend trying this place out. Sorry the new pic was only half the sandwich, I was so hungry I forgot lol. But the sandwich was absolutely amazing. Robert thank you for being so awesome.

I had lunch here and it was amazing. We got the Be Still My Heart and the Fallin for Brie with the Cajun Chili.

The Be Still My Heart was the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and rich. My photo does not do it justice. I am honestly sad I am just visiting cause this would be added to my top list of sandwich shops if I was local.

We also got an order of their Pie Bites. They where perfectly sweetened and not overpowering. Which is just what I like.

Their team was very kind and we enjoyed exploring all the shops around after we ate.

Also, the trivia was a fun challenge while we ate.

Defiantly saving this place for next time I am passing through. And if your looking for a good place to try that has bold unique flavors I say give them a try.

Fresh, delicious food!! We were in from out of state and wanted some lunch and with the great reviews this place had, we thought we'd give it a try. We were not disappointed!! Salad could feed 2 people and was absolutely delicious and my brother said his sandwich was one of the best he's ever had! Highly recommend!

The star of the show is undoubtedly the modified poke bowl. This vibrant creation takes the traditional poke bowl to new heights with a delightful combination of ingredients.

Had the Mushroom and Prosciutto sandwich with cheese and it was toasted. Loved it and want it on its permanent menu. White chicken chili was great too. Very flavorful.

This place has a great selection of food. It’s a tiny little eatery off the plaza. They have a few tables on the inside but in the summer just eat out in the plaza. I’ve tried a few things here and never had a bad meal. The soup is also very good to get along with your sandwich. For sure a great place to grab lunch if your in the area.

Why did I wait so long to try this place? Got a great recommendation for a wrap, chose the Hummus Among Us, and some White Chicken Chili on the side. One bite of the chili and I was wowed. The wrap was refreshing and big enough to share. We will definitely be back to try some more of the menu items.

Chef Diane makes the best sandwich in the treasure valley! I had the Turkey Caprese, and my husband had the Twisted Cheesesteak. They both were perfectly toasted and packed full of flavor! I can’t wait to try more items on the menu.

We brought our kids here for lunch and holy moly it was incredible. I got the Optimus prime-wich, which was a very filling sandwich, and it was genuinely the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I wish i took a picture of it to share before I ate it because it looked amazing, but I got too excited and just dived in. Seriously you’ve gotta try this place, amazing amazing experience. Even my picky toddlers loved it, so we definitely will be back.

The bread is so yummy. I plan to visit regularly and it will be my first pick when we go out to eat. Whoever cooks the meals is talented.

Chelsie met us at the door with great customer service and was so wonderful explaining the menu and was so welcoming to us! Our family is pretty selective with eating choices, and she went the extra mile to accommodate both of our picky eaters! We basically had an off menu salad, an off menu sandwich, and the Cluck Norris, which is so clever and witty we loved it! The other two ladies working during the market were friendly, but I didn’t get their names. We will definitely be coming back to eat and hopefully will see Chelsie and the crew again!

The sandwiches are delicious with a great variety. “Clucking good sandwich” is my favorite. Rich tastes and blended so well. Prices are a bit steep $14.00 for my sandwich but vey delicious! Nice atmosphere but only bottled drinks.

Delish! They are quick, yummy and the staff/owners are great people! My new go to for healthy food, with all the flavors I enjoy. Had the stuffed sausage/mushroom soup today and chef's choice avocado toast on focacia.

The Twisted Fig has become one of my new FAVORITE places to eat!! As someone who can’t eat gluten, they were very helpful in catering to my dietary needs and, as always, made my food delicious!! 10/10 would recommend!

Honest opinion The Twisted Fig and staff made my husband and I the best soup and sandwich I have ever had the pleasure of eating.
Prices are on point, and the amount of food is very satisfying.
Wholesome clean and amazing combination of flavors.

This new little restaurant has a fantabulous menu with many healthy but tasty lunch choices (they even have lactose-free cheese choices). I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful hospitality and swift service I received, and I plan on returning to try other choices on the menu.

Would recommend! It was delicious!! I had the Clunking Good! Love how it was toasted! 10/10 will definitely come back! Staff was also super friendly!
