Kokee Tea Cafe

A very cute new little implementation of the chain, the drinks have been consistently good and we even usually get their sandwiches or bakery items. The staff is also incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable.

Plenty of room and quiet if you just want to lounge inside too.

The brother & sister working here were so professional and knew the items on the menu so well I thought they were the owners! 😅
Plenty of bubble tea 🧋 options here & they were full of flavors 👍🏼
Coffee is good, the cappuccino was made perfectly 👌🏽

In addition to the friendly welcome, the ambiance and seating here is lovely.

Cute, cozy, and clean cafe! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our boba and the little seating area that is perfect for kids. They even have books and board games. We will definitely be back soon! Very excited to see that they serve not only bubble tea but also coffee-- and Viennese (Meinl) coffee at that. Couldn't ask for a better combination!

Adorable new spot in Ashburn! Making it my main spot to get boba from now on. I would recommend the Dragon Butterfly or Oreo for the kids; the honey Thai or brown sugar for adults and be sure to try some of the sweet treats! There’s lots of seating and even some board games with bean bag chairs and a couch for the kids.

I wish I can give them more stars. Out of all the different boba tea franchises, this is my fav. The boba is honey flavored and I love flavor. If you need a caffeine kick their coffee is great and they have my favorite thing to get called Affogato. Try it and you will thank me. Life is not fulfilled unless you had it. LOL, but try it.

I came in right when they opened today and the kind woman behind the counter helped me get a bunch of goodies for my husband’s birthday! She was the absolute sweetest and the vibe of the place was awesome- made me want to sit and read all day there! Lastly, the pastries and the kokee milk tea were delicious!

Great Tea & Boba place that just opened up another location in Ashburn. They have a great hardworking staff who strive to make your drinks the way you’d like them. The Boba was fresh and delicious. The store has a beautiful view with big windows and a nice seating area.

Perfectly made boba tea! Super sweet staff, and the seating area is clean and perfect for work, study, or just enjoying your boba. I haven't tried the coffee yet, but I will next time I go there!

Went to work here for a bit, sat comfortably in one of the tables. The coffee (cappuccino) and the Coffee Muffin were great. The place has a really nice vibe, very decorated and inspiring. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I work within walking distance of Kokee and came to try this location when it first opened and now I come multiple times a week on my lunch break! My favorite drink is the brown sugar cold brew with honey boba, great mid day pick me up. Atmosphere is very cozy, clean, and friendly. My coworkers come here now and my boss even came to get drinks for our office! Will definitely recommend this business!

A hidden gem. I highly recommend it. The quality of the coffee is like being in Paris, and the friendly atmosphere is remarkable. The service is utmost outstanding. There is no doubt that I will make Kokee Tea Cafe my every time stop. Please do try, you will love this place

This is definitely a place to hang out with friends or to get some work done. There are not a lot of places that are kid or teen friendly but this seems to be one of them.

I got the butterfly dream drinks as well as the matcha latte. Both are so delicious! This place has a section where you can read books or play board games with friends.

This place is an absolute delight.
The vibe is so nice and relaxing.

First boba tea cafe I have found that also serves amazing coffee and caters to kids! They have a cozy seating area with board games, cards, etc., as well as recommendations for bubble tea for kids (caffeine-free and good flavors for children). I was really impressed that they were so thoughtful to include kids!

The coffee here is amazing. Probably my favorite in Ashburn. If you like strong delicious keep you awake coffee…. then this is the place! The Green cloud tea is also amazing which is different than my Taro go to. Two visits so far and very happy with the service!

I love it here!! Everyone is so nice and it’s so affordable! They care about what they do and making connections with people :) They’ll help you pick exactly what drink you like and they always answer any questions!! Im super picky with my coffee but they helped me figure out my go to and now I get it everyday! I would give 10 stars if i could!

I'm so glad this placed opened up in this area! Every time I come in here the staff is friendly - I don't even have to tell them my order. I hope they add more food options to the menu but that will come in time. The space is clean - they also have a little section for books and board games. I would check this place out !
