The UPS store on Hwy 365 in Nederland, TX. is awesome.
The manager, Jason Armstrong and his staff worked expeditiously to fulfill every customer's request. What seemed to be a long line swiftly shorten. Each employee kept the same friendly energy with each customer.

Excellent FAST EFFICIENT service. The three ladies working there multitasked and got customers in/out of there with the correct results! They are really hard working and knowledgeable of their jobs. Thank you UPS for excellent return service and Notary service.

Chandler is awesome, goes out of his way to help. Derrick and others as well always bending over backwards to help me. I've been coming every week for shipping to and from my job as a printer technician for 6-7 years now. Never had any problems they can't fix. Always courteous and helpful.

Just came in today, friendly faces and great service as usual! Everyone’s always so nice, but Chandlers a bit over the top per usual lol. Ashley’s a goof ball but shes always kind to everyone whose kind to her. It’s nice to see Kelsey every now and then but shes generally in the back most of the time for some reason. But at least she’s in the building unlike Magali, seems like she don’t even work there anymore. I find it hard to say nice things about her but shes an important part of the crew & I miss seeing her when she’s not there :( All & all the team & managers are great and I always feel welcome and wanted when I come through the door!

Literally just left here. The two gurls were awesome. When I requested a refund for a workout machine i purchased, the company never sent me prepaid mail to send it back with. Obviously weight and size goes into how much you'll be paying for shipping. the girls helped me get everything out of my car and did everything they could to offer me the best price possible. I couldn't ask for better customer service this place was amazing!

Derek and his crew are awesome! I had a large number of boxes to send to my home in Arizona and they helped me tremendously. I dropped off boxes ready to go and items for them to pack that were odd sizes/fragile. They secured everything safely and shipped it as cheaply as possible and followed up with me to confirm I got everything. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me during a difficult time in my life.

Quick service, friendly employees

Great service. Had a big telescope crated up and shipped to me through this store. They did a perfect job of crating it up, protecing all the peices and shipping it. My friend took the telescope in and they did the rest with an over 125 pound, 8 foot tall scope. I made arrangements, paid and got warrenty all from across the state and never set foot in the store. INCREDIBLE JOB DONE WITH EXTRAORDINARY CARE!

Always nice and fast in my experience. Use to use the Beaumont location for all my shipments which are a lot but last couple of shipments all have gone out of this location without a single problem. Good stuff.
