It's always great to get excellent products at a huge savings. The once-a-year 75% off sale at Bath and Body Works is something to not be missed! All the staff on this busy Sunday afternoon were cheerful and helpful in finding the items that we wanted. They are always quality products and when you can find things on sale for more than 50% off that creates an excellent value for the consumer. I recommend Bath & Body Works at Oakbrook shopping mall

Great place to shop for lotions and candles. Very friendly staff. It smells so good when you walk in. They have really good specials. They have a great special buy three get three free. The candles last a long time.

Went in today, a girl named Gabby helped me pick out some candles. She was so sweet, great experience!

Love this place. The staff is always nice and welcoming. With covid they try their best to keep the place clean. Highly recommended. I love their products in general but I just enjoy going to this location.

Really nice Bath & Body Works store. Absolutely packed with product and Intersting colorful displays. We were able to sample products, smell the candles etc. Courteous and professional staff were there to answer questions and offer suggestions. Most items were reasonably priced.

The semi annual sale is my shopping kryptonite as the value can't be beat! Always nice customer service and great selection of products and scents. I love how they rotate certain scents based on the season.

Friendly associates greet you at the door and are happy to answer your questions. However, they are also content to let you browse on your own. The store is always stocked, barring a super sale or something of that nature. Overall, would highly reccomend.

Friendly staff, great customer service. COVID safety measures are well in place with ample sanitizer and hand washing stations throughout the store. PLUS they are now offering their annual Halloween collection, which is always a perfect mix of creepy and cute

The workers were very helpful at this location and also very friendly. The person helping me took the time to show me some fragrances and I actually bought one of them ones she sampled

I think this may be my favorite BBW location, in spite of the distance for me. The size of the store since its upgrade to a BBW/White Barn ensures ample room for a good selection. Also, SA Michelle is the best!

Huge selection, clean & well organized store. Testers for almost everything which was a big plus to deciding what you really like.
