I just got my car back from being serviced. It smells like Marijuana now. It seems like employees, driving the cars are high while working. You might as well let them drink and drive, too.

Not so happy about having to go back because they missed something. This is the 3rd time they have overlooked things and had to go back. Not good

Oil change took 2 hours to complete, and I was charged $94.11 instead of the agreed upon $70. I came here instead of doing it myself because it was around the same price as DIY and wanted to save some time. They also left my door panel and exterior trim covered in oily fingerprints only a few hours after I washed the car. I have never had a good experience with Kia.
