It was so nice finding a place like this. You can find boots and outfits for days. Decided to come here for a hat. The guy really helped me get the one I wanted and custom fit it for me. Will definitely come back for more.

Amazing store, staff is always a joy to help and they will go above and beyond expectations for retail staff. They didn't have what I was looking for but was able to make due with what they had in stock. Name brand clothing and boots with name brand prices.

Visited Cavenders of Spanish Fort Al. yesterday July 8th around 5Pm looking for a western hat and some clothing items for our upcoming wedding. The hat fitter was not there and my size was limited...Lauren Jaramillo stepped up and took the lead....not only did she accommodate my need for the perfect hat she fit it to my size perfectly!! Lauren also helped me pick out the perfect vest ... When it came time to help my fiance find boots Lauren was there and again knew her products!!!! Great personality and such an asset to your store!! Had a great experience here will return for sure...that hour and 20 minute drive is well worth the trip!!!

I let Mike form a American Hat Company hat that I purchased in Cheyenne Wyoming. He did a good job and was very pleasant to talk to. The staff there are all eager to help you. They have a great inventory of western wear.

This place just smells authentic! When you go, you'll know! The staff and Sierra were extremely helpful in helping me find just the right pair of boots for my son! The gentleman working the hats helped me find the perfect hat for my son too! We could have spent all day in there looking at all the things!!

My husband and I came in right when they opened the doors on Saturday to buy a sturdy pair of boots for me. There is a sizable selection of boots, so to say I was overwhelmed and had no idea where to start looking was an understatement. A nice young man (he said it was his second day) was able to figure out what size and fit I needed and help me select a good pair of works boots. Was never pushy, he just genuinely wanted to help. 10/10 will be returning for the amazing service and wonderful selection!

Great selection even though the store is not very large. Awesome clearance markdowns. The customer service was not only friendly but beyond knowledgeable and even helped with opinions on styles in selection when asked. This store has one of the best Hatters this side of the Mississippi. If you need a hat formed or shaped go see him. Great boot selection and always a big selection of western wear.

Visited Cavenders this morning and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with warm smiles. All the employees were extremely helpful as we glanced the store. I proceeded to purchase a cowboy hat that needed some molding to fit my circular head. As the employee shaped and reshaped the hat to fit my unique head it was clear that the hat was not gonna form to my liking. Still happy with my purchase I was going to take it but turns out the humble lady that was shaping my hat was the store manager. She said that she exhausted all possible options to make my hat form the way I wanted it, and if I wasn’t in love with it they will refund me my money. Not being from the local area I politely denied the offer since i really wanted the hat. She was so wrapped up on customer satisfaction (knowing I’ll be visiting Texas in two weeks) she reached out to the store manager in that local area to make arrangements for me. So, Cavenders located in Texas will be ordering a few different types of hats that WILL satisfy my needs and fit better.

Although I walked out with no hat I left with the best experience I’ve ever received while purchasing a hat. Thank you Lauren and staff for all your effort and great attitude!

Great store and helpful employees.

I bought a pair of Ariat boots and because of my odd feet had to go back twice more to get the size right. The staff were very easy going about it and helpful. I now have a pair of boots I love and fit great. Thank you!
