Rob was a tremendous help! He was able to assist me with ongoing issues that three IT people could not help with. Months later I needed help with something else, so went back to Rob, and once again he went above and beyond to solve all issues after others could not. I would highly recommend going to Rob... you will receive great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. He makes sure you are well taken care of before you leave :)

We switched to Verizon from another carrier. We were with the first for so long that cellphone shopping was overwhelming. Rob was the rep we worked with and he made everything easy breezy. He went way above and beyond to take care of us. He found the best deals and discounts, he explained everything step by step and answered my MANY questions. His level of personal care speaks volumes for the service at this location and our experience with Verizon so far. I would recommend this store to anyone and tell them to ask for Rob.

I just really love how you guys treat your customer since I was join Verizon I really enjoy 😊 my service my connection was in good level and now I will just paid 10$ for a month to my phone bill which one is good to me.

She went above and beyond to help us with our wants and needs! You will find her at the Verizon store on Jackson Street in Oshkosh. Let her meet your expectation too :)

I worked today with Brad and the manager Alex. These two guys are a master of their craft and explained everything in a way I could understand and did a great finding me ways to save money. They seemed to really enjoy their job and it was so awesome to see Alex go even further by also helping assist me even though Brad was helping me. You need to go here for some great service and products!

Brandon was amazing the guy from Green Bay that helped at that store in the previous Saturday not so much he never ordered or reserved phones like he stated and it made starting with Verizon even harder but thanks to Brandon and his help I think r can stick it out

I highly recommend seeing Chelcie for anything phone related. She is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. If you are thinking about ordering phone equipment through a website, save yourself a headache and stop in by her. It seems counterintuitive, but it will actually save you time in the long run as well.

I was in several times over the last few days and Rob was a wonderful help! Got me through troubles with a broken phone and activation issues. Great help and always a smile on my face leaving.

No phone service and it's the 4th of July. God bless Chelcie for coming to work today! After going through many different strategies my service was restored...Yay! Verizon is fortunate to have her as an emploee.

Staff assisted me with a prepaid phone purchased at a separate retail store. I am very pleased that she was able to help me register the phone, as I had difficulty doing so.

Rob the manager is always very helpful and everyone in the store is very friendly always get the help I need if I need questions answered or getting a new device. He is top notch and hope he will always be at this store he deserves a raise.
