I was just in here and it is middle of the night, (they're open and that's a huge plus as I just got off of work) and Ryan was a huge help. So far I have been helped by 3 different ppl and all have been awesome but Ryan went above and beyond. Whatever he makes in there can't be enough because he is worth more than money can buy with his excellent ppl skills. I got the perfect vape with the perfect strawberry flavor to boot! I admit I went for the same brand Vape as I usually get, in the same branch of Vape Shops I already go to, but this one is in Cape Girardeau and the service was quick and friendly. They have a 48-hour money back guarantee in case your vape taste burnt, squirts or etc. That's one of the things I love about the Vapor Maven stores. They care about their customers and it shows.

I walked in looking for one item, which I found immediately thanks to the staff, but not only that, I was immediately locked in and engaged with a fabulous conversation with some of the most well versed and knowledgeable but also kind and compassionate staff members I’ve ever met in my life, they truly made me feel like it was more then a store. It feels like walking into you best friends house letting all your worries wash away, truly an amazing experience.

Had to bump up to 5 stars after revisiting under new ownership. Prices here are the best in town and the customer service from the staff goes above and beyond to help you get exactly what you're looking for. I go there for ecig juice and devices. Amazing flavors and cheaper than most shops. They have large variety of everything that you can find at a smoke shop except cigarettes and cigars. Employees are cool and help you out with anything. If they don't have what your looking for in stock they will refer you to the shop around the corner. I enjoy going here for the things I need.

Went in today (Christmas Eve) and was insanely pleased, not only by their INSANELY good prices on glass pieces, but also their AMAZING customer service. Jessie was awesome and helped me with anything I could’ve needed (and I ask a lot of questions sometimes 😂). I will definitely be back and a regular customer as well as will send everyone I can that way.

Incredible prices, amazing selection, and the Jesse the sales person was so charismatic and polite that there no way I'm not going back. Not to mention that he knew what he was talking about to help me make an informed selection that I really do love. 10/10 would recommend.

I used to HATE and dread going to this shop bc of the old staff. But today we went in out of necessity, and we're delighted to find out they've hired new faces. Even though they didn't have my coil, AJ went through every effort to locate one and try the available models out. I will definitely be a frequent customer now.
