Great customer service and great staff. Everyone is willing to go out of their way to insure that we got everything we wanted.

This was a second visit to this store, effortlessly returned an item. Asked a question about tear stains, was directed to the grooming section. These two wonderful young humans (groomers ) sat on the floor with my dog while giving me helpful information and loving on my dog! I consider this above and beyond great customer service. They matched the price of my dog food which was so very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bernice was such a sweet young lady my dogs just love her. I love their special treats for your pets frosted cookies and stuff. You can wash your dogs cats goats and whatever else you can think of. So very glad to have a all service pet store right by my house..

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. When I make an online order, they are very communicative and always call right away if something is out of stock and give me several options as replacement. PSP is my go-to store for my dog now.

My experience with PSp has been nothing but glowing reviews. Is an absolute amazing petstore that has incredible deals I couldn't get anywhere else. My only gripe is I wish they carried more reptile supplies than just having a small selection in one aisle.
Otherwise I absolutely adore shopping at their store and I do wish that there was a location in mt home Idaho. Where mountain home currently doesn't have a petstore.

I have driven by this store countless times and only stopped in today because it was on my way to something else and I wanted to save time rather than going to my usual store. I experienced the best customer service I have had at any business in probably years! I was greeted immediately, asked what I was looking for, guided to everything I needed, signed up for the free rewards program to get a fair bit of savings on my purchase, and I was even intercepted in the parking lot to have my cart taken in for me. The staff were all very friendly and conversational. The store was clean and well organized. There was a good selection for a relatively small space. Also, as a veterinarian, I was pleased with the product selection - actually high quality food, for example, as opposed to mostly stuff that just slaps a picture of a wolf and some cranberries on the bag to manipulate shopper’s emotions. A+++ from me. Will definitely be my go-to store from now on!

This is an Awesome place, I really like the atmosphere of the store, as well as the friendliness of the employees and how helpful they were. They were wonderful to me and my dog. I would encourage all people to check out the store.

Great selection. Got both of our dogs washed and dri d normally takes 6 hours to do because we own a wooly Siberian husky. But with their tools it was much easier.

I've driven by this location countless times, and what a hidden gem it is! It's very clean, organized, and had an enjoyable atmosphere (the chatty birds added to the ambiance). I popped in for the first time today to pick up a specialty cat food, and it was obvious that I was a newcomer. Cassia immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I explained that I was in search of a sensitive tummy cat food, and we were able to locate what I needed. She got me signed up for the rewards program, in the chance that the food I purchased didn't end up helping my kitty, and explained the refund/exchange policy. I knew it was a long shot, but I asked if there were vinyl gloves available for purchase (the medicine my kitty needs requires it for administration). Vinyl gloves weren't available for sale, but Cassia offered a couple from in-house supply.
For a first-time visit, it was a wonderful experience, and I felt very at ease. I worked front-line retail customer service for many years at one point, so I know how challenging it can be. Cassia was attentive, made me feel exclusive, and went above and beyond. She definitely deserves some recognition for a job well done. 👏 I'll definitely be back for my pet supply needs.

I'm a Senior, and the lady who checked me out said, Let me take those out for you! So thoughtful of them! Also like their 25% off coupon to get my cat food. It really helps.

Amazing customer service, they are all so nice, I love the costume contest they hold every year, they don’t care products that can harm your dog and have your pets best interest in mind. I love the dog wash station and the soaps they offer at it! I’ve never had any complaints, I always love going there! And I love that their staff is actually educated about dogs!!

I stopped in to get my dog's nails trimmed and filed. Because as you can see from the photo, he was not going to let me do it! Naomi, and the entire staff, were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with everything I needed. I will be back! Thanks.

Outstanding staff, grooming, bakery items, location, and overall experience. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by two friendly staff members who were eager to assist me in dropping my dog off for grooming. It was an easy and swift drop off as they were clearly prepared and treated my dog as if she were their own. Once my dog was ready for pickup they texted me at my convenience. Before leaving, we stopped at the dog bakery and picked out a doggy donut and pretzel. My dog looks the best she has ever looked and was even given bows in her hair. I will absolutely be back!

I stumbled upon this store because I shop at Fred Myer. I dropped in a few weeks before bringing home my (now 6 month old) puppy to get some supplies. Every time I go in the staff is friendly and helpful. A couple times I've gotten 50lb bags of dog food and someone always offers to help me out to my car. They always love on my Chauncey and give him goodies. The price and selection are pretty comparable to others in the area, so the location and customer service really make it a win for us.
