Cascade Auto Glass

As an insurance agent, it's important that I know the companies I refer my clients to. Cascade Auto Glass is where I refer all of my clients because they take such great care of me personally. They replaced the windshield on my Jeep less than six weeks ago, I didn't have to take any time off work, or take any time out of my weekend; they came to the office and took care of it while I was working. And then, wouldn't you know it, last week, a rock hit my brand new windshield! They came right out and fixed it so it wouldn't spread. Again, at the office. I know that with this kind of service, I can confidently refer my clients to them, and they will get the same top-notch service.

I definitely got a leave a positive review for this company. My experience was seamless. I called them. Ask them if they service my commercial box truck. They looked up the information they said they did. They have the glass within an hour. I drove in. And they were waiting for me. They did a great job. So I can definitely recommend this company. By the way their distributor is right next to them. There’s this huge warehouse where they get their glass right next to them. So the chances are if you need a glass windshield or whatever installed they can get it pretty quickly. Five star review, well deserved

It was easy to get an appointment. It only took an hour to replace my windshield and they found some pieces that needed to be replaced and did it with no extra cost to me. Everyone was friendly over the phone and in person. Very satisfied with the service received.

Prompt service. Super friendly. Out in the quoted time and there is a nice brew house to wait get a bite and wait for the install to be finished.

The tech, Jaeger was awesome! He called before he got onsite to give me his eta and when I met him at the car, he explained everything and even showed me the new windshield to make sure all was as expected. VERY professional & GREAT customer service!!

The installer came out to my house and removed a very old windshield that was installed previously by someone who didn't do a very good job, not from these guys. The installer was very experienced and a super nice guy! He also remedied an issue with a crackling sound that I had and he explained what causes thus and how he could and did fix that annoying sound. I've used Cascade auto glass for numerous windshield replacements in the past and have been very satisfied each time and see no reason to ever use anyone else. Thanks for the great work! Barry

I don't write reviews. These people are awesome! I gave them a near impossible task (a window that can't be found) they were polite, friendly, patient, and set my expectations appropriately to the task. After telling me politely that it was a longshot they still took the extra time to look into a few leads and fortunately for me they were able to find it! After several dozen other places had told me "no". The fact that they were willing to put in the extra effort shows the quality of their service. As a customer you are clearly not just another face to them, but you are valued. Even if they can't solve your issue, never doubt that it wasn't for lack of trying on their part. This was my third time using Cascade Auto Glass. I have always been so impressed by the professionalism of the lady taking my order over the phone and then again by the installers. They are respectful of my cars and do a very precise installation. I like the fact that I don't have to take the car to the dealer after installation to have the windshield recalibrated because they have all the equipment and know how to do it right in my driveway. Great Company. I would use them again.
