I'm only reviewing this location on Overland. I came in on Wednesday had my windshield replaced the next day. My experience was very professional. The installer even left all the bar codes in my car for car washes and other stickers that were on my old windshield. Was a very nice touch so I could get them replaced. Thank you.

Online scheduling is a breeze, they handled filing my claim with insurance for me, I received multiple reminder calls/texts, and they came to my office and replaced my windshield while I was at work! Jose did an amazing job - he was fast, professional, and knowledgeable.

I walked into a competitor's place and stood there for 5 minutes to wait to talk to someone, even though I had called and they were expecting me. I was completely ignored. It was a cold place that wasn't very welcoming. I ended up scheduling my windshield replacement through Safelite, as I had heard good things. Well, it was 5 stars from beginning to end! From the moment I walked in, Darby saw me, greeted me with a smile and welcomed me. She had a TV, coffee & a wifi code for me so I could work on my laptop as I waited. There ended up being a tech issue in calibration that caused a longer than quoted time, Darby made sure she communicated through the entire process. She also made me feel like she valued my time and appreciated my patronage, as she offered some freebies to make up for the inconvenience. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel valued and welcomed. I wish we had more places like this these days; the world would be a much better place. Until then, I'll be sure to encourage all to check this location out. They are great. Micheal did awesome on the installation. I highly recommend this place for all windshield needs, they truly care about their customers.

Gotta love those automatic computer generated responses and useless helpless phone calls every time you call. Is it that hard to get an actual real life breathing human being on the phone?

No one likes to spend hundreds of dollars on a new front car window. I sure didn't. BUT these folks made it a painless experience. I talked to 4 other shops and although they weren't the least expensive they were right down the middle. Took my car in at 9:30 am and it was done by 1:00 pm. They even vacuumed and washed all the other windows too. Very professional in all facets. Hope I don't need them again. But if I do. I won't hesitate to use them.

Professional, friendly, and customer focused. Great installation in minimum time. Newer cars with sensors in the windshield have to go to the shop as the sensors need to be recalibrated after the new windshield install. Would highly recommend!

Darby was exceptional! She was kind and friendly but efficient and thorough. Michael - I think that was the tech's name, did a great job and so far so good. Replacing a windshield sucks and is expensive but unavoidable in some cases. My visit to Safelite was a breeze and they've got a customer for life.

I have always worked with Safelite and have always been happy with the service provided. This time it is worth calling out Damien who went above and beyond to help me fix an issue. He needed to get a part for me and because he lived closed to me he offered to stop by right after his work hours to help get my issue fixed. I am so thankful for people like Damien, and because of people like Damien, I would continue to use Safelite

Service was great. The new windshield is doing great and the whole experience was only marred by the fact that I thought it would be a good idea to ride my kick scooter to work after dropping off the car. It wasn't a good idea, but I survived so that's something.

Devin at Safelite made sure I was well informed and comfortable during the process. It was very simple for me to make an appointment online, used my insurance to reduce out of pocket cost and flexible timing. The whole process was two to three hours long. I am very satisfied with how I was treated and professional everyone was. Recommend this place for people looking for replacement or windshield issues, they are worth every cent 👍🏾

Fantastic service! Arrived at 7am for a windshield replacement and out by 8:30. The workman who replaced the windshield verified he had the correct replacement part and explained what to expect. He called me 70 minutes later telling me the work was complete. Met me at the car, explained the warranty and care procedures. Highly recommend this Safelite shop!

Had a great experience at Safelite, very friendly service and great communication! I got appointment reminders and received a receipt via text and email. They also did a complimentary headlight restoration on my vehicle. They went above and beyond and I appreciated their service, they didn't have to do that, but they did. Definitely recommend Safelite!

Replaced my windshield in less than an hour. Darby was great to work with. Very helpful.

There was a nasty crack in my car's windshield, and my insurance company recommended Safelite to get it repaired. Making an appointment was easy, and their system even interacted with my insurance company's claim system. It took about an hour to get the windshield replaced, and it looks amazing! I've already recommended Safelite to my friends and family should they need similar repairs.

Guy was fast knowledgeable and even vacuumed up the old glass and clean up my car a little. I highly recommend using safelite

The whole online process for getting a quote, scheduling an appointment, and paying was incredibly easy. When I dropped off my vehicle, the technician was clear in explaining what was going to happen and how long it would take. Everything went smoothly and there were no surprises throughout the entire process. I'm very happy with the service that I got here.
