I've had several pleasant experiences with this store. Today, after being assisted by a wonderful associate named Anita, I just had to make sure I mentioned how wonderful this store is. Anita was helpful and informative, she had a kind and sweet manner while focusing on finding me the right fit. She went above and beyond! The clothing here is priced right for the great tailoring and quality. I highly recommend trying their clothes and visiting this location. Great place to shop. They have all different styles and sizes and allow you to try on shirts so you know the fit will be perfect. The staff was extremely friendly. A+ in my book

Finally! A actual place to try on these shirts everyone keeps talking about. Bought 3 shirts and loved them all. Plenty of styles and choices, and even has a women's section.

good service. The shirts are nice and good quality. Bought a few as a gift, mostly mens shirts. Small selection for women and some kids. But this is mainly for men, so its understood. Had to exchange one of the shirts i bought no hassle at all. Sales staff is not pushy, helpful when you need them. I like to browse and rebrowse ! Lol and appreciated that they allowed me to do so.

I had a $100 holiday gift card that my employer gave me and I tried to use it at Untuckit online over Christmas 2021. It didn't work so I contacted the Oak Brook store and that's where the magic happened.

Katherine Malley helped me. I checked the GC balance today and there's $100. I've always been an Untuckit fan and NOW I'm a superfan!!! And, that deserves three exclamation points!

She provided THE greatest textbook example of customer service and her professionalism, courtesy and follow through are AMAZING! The Oak Brook store and corporate HQ need to know about it. What she did best is to listen to understand and execute and those traits will serve her well as she progresses in her career. That's what any employer wants/needs.

The type of customer service is at luxury brand, stratospheric levels.
