I haven't been in here in about a year, but I have high ptsd and ocd so I was anxious to walk in to begin with, trying to find a perfect vape for a gift for a friend. They/ he helped me right off the bat and didn't make me feel dumb or stupid. Very knowledgeable in what they sell

Great staff and a great selection. I accidentally bought some menthol juice and quickly realized it after filling up my tank. I called them and they exchanged the bottle I've been a customer for 3 years and travel now from North Tonawanda to do business with them (I used to live nearby) very satisfied overall my only complaint is sometimes they don't open on time. Some others in here have this complaint it doesn't affect my rating cause it's only happened to me once but to be fair I usually come in the evenings well after they open

Their hours are great, I can get out of work at 8 or 9 and still be able to pick up what i need! Friendly staff, always have good music on, it's a "chill vibe" vape shop.

His prices r VERY competative, even with the internet! They blow away ANY other shop in the area,s prices. My Only criticism would be that he doesn't keep a lot of stock IN Store, U should probibly call ahead if U r looking for something specific. I'm No Business Major, but I'd imagine that's Y he can keep his prices so low. He doesn't have a million dollars in glass Collecting Dust he needs to pay for lol.

This place is great. They have the Hyde flavors on an iPad right at the counter, good prices, they take Apple Pay so checking out takes seconds. Usually the same couple dudes working and they’re super cool. They’re understanding of some of the problems that the Hyde disposables have and have exchanged a couple for me that had issues without any sort of problems. I went to Cloud 9 once because VapeLinq was out of stock on the flavor…ended up with a dud - even opened it up and the sponge was dry…and that place treated me like I was trying to scam them or something! Never again…VapeLinq is the best spot in the area all around. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!

Walked in and told the guy at the desk I've never vaped before and just wanted to quit cigarettes and he knew exactly the perfect beginner's vape I needed! Great flavor and great price. I absolutely love it and am on my journey to quit smoking. Thank you!

Hands down my favorite vape shop around! Highly knowledgeable with everything in their shop as well as just highly knowledgeable in vapes all around. Also being one of the best and dopest interior shops around. Would highly recommend this shop to everyone and anyone who smokes, vape!

This gentlemen are the BEST! ALWAYS looking out for you, have a nice food and deli and lotto shop they own next door. Kinda dumb lol I suggested at this vape shop, that they should sell an incense stand...and they got one...all different kinds of incense..the bags to put them in, and holders and doing well with profits. I Should get a profit as it WAS MY idea hahaha but i do not care.. because try take care of ya...and honestly..I go OUT my way at times to go to them, for how well they treat you the atmosphere and great prices.
