Where to begin? I have been to several different vape shops and this one is by far the absolute best I've ever been to. It's the perfect size and it's never too busy in there. The prices are extremely fair and affordable. If not right when I walk in, I get served within 2 minutes. Excellent customer service. I believe one of the owners name is Austin, and he is just an incredible guy, and a great salesman. You can tell within seconds of meeting him how extraordinary of a human being he is. He's so knowledgeable about the products and has so much new merchandise that is constantly updating. Can't speak highly enough of him. I must say every time I walk in there expecting to buy one thing, I come out after having spent $100 plus dollars lol. That's Austin! Lol The selection of merchandise and products are outrageous. I included a picture of his stores card and a couple vape batteries, as well as a bong head and these rolling papers that he suggested to me which are probably my favorite rolling papers now. All which I bought at very reasonable prices! He also gives deals if you buy a lot of things. There are so many things to choose from in all different shapes and sizes. Absolutely in love with this place. I go once a week if not once every 2 weeks, sometimes more. Will never go anywhere else for my smoking accessories and needs. If you go in, ask for Austin, he's the best. 10 out of 10 rating in my book. Oh and if you do decide to visit, pay in cash because his machine charges a little bit more if you use a card. Just a heads up!Excellent products, excellent service, excellent shop.

Place is great, owner actually want you to get what you need instead of just selling you anything. He took the time to explain the equipment, and made great suggestions to what would work best for me and my needs!!! Austin is great, prices were real good and service is top notch. If you want to be treated well and educated on what your buying go here.!!!!

As far as I can tell, this is a one-man operation. And let me tell you – Austin busts his butt. He's incredibly knowledgeable. I witnessed an interaction with another customer who was having an issue with her device. Austin did a great job troubleshooting the issue, fixing it, and explaining how to avoid it in the future. Seeing that solidified my faith in him as a true expert and a great person who cares about his customers. For new and experienced vapers alike, Planet Vape has what you're looking for. Don't be afraid to lean on Austin's expertise.

They have the best selection in the area and the customer service is amazing with people who are very knowledgeable about the products. Prices can't be beat. Also, really great looking place!

I wouldn’t be leaving a review unless it was utterly terrible or fricken awesome. That being said, your next trip to a vape place should be to this place. I rarely go to these places and when I do, I don’t know what I’m doing. The guy I dealt with treated me like a human and was way knowledgeable. He “believed” in his product and his business and I felt the prices were super fair. I was satisfied to the point that I shook his hand at the end and told him I will be back. THIS PLACE IS ABOUT 2 minutes from the BOULEVARD MALL.

Great place! I got my snow Wolfe vape and am OBSESSED! The owner is always super helpful and friendly, and he is super knowledgeable of all the products. Recommend for the bet stuff out there!

I have delt directly with the owner, as well as his employees. They are all very knowledgable when it comes to there products. They took alot of time with me as it was my first time making the transitions to vaping. They also recommended a less expensive version of what i wanted!!! Who does that? Except for good people!!! I live 2 hours away and it is the only shop i go to!! Thank you planet vape! I highly recommend!!!

The owner and his fiance are awesome! First thing that stands out is how nice and organized the shop is. Very chill lounge space in the back!

I would recommend Planet Vape to everyone! They always have the newest products at such a reasonable price. I don’t mind driving 20 minutes because I know I’m getting the best quality. Customer service is amazing and friendly!!
