What a lovely spot to have a relaxing meal or beverage. The owners are very welcoming and helpful and they have A LOT of different tea varieties. The variety of seating is also fun with some window seats with comfy chairs and regular tables. Fun assortment of teapots and cups to use. Will definitely return!

The Specialtea Shoppe in McGregor, Iowa is such a treasure on Main St. Maureen and her family are welcoming and offer kind hospitality. The menu items are carefully chosen and prepared with love. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. A must visit place to stop and slow down.

LOVE this place. We had 3 generations of family in town and some don't even like tea but all were happy with a huge selection of herbal teas, scones, and crumpets.
Nice employees!

Lovely place for lunch, coffee (French press!) or tea. Very relaxing and clean. Delicious. The Main Street in downtown McGregor is under reconstruction (summer/fall 2023) but you can still get to the shop, and once it’s done it’ll be a really nice gateway to the shop.

Lovely place to slow down. Extensive selection of teas and coffee too. Crustless quiche and soup of the day were delicious. The service was attentive and personal. We will definitely be back!
