The two young guys working there are completely incompetent. We were asking simple questions and looking to upgrade and we got nowhere. The other guy kept interrupting our guy to help another customer. We ended up just leaving. We'll go somewhere else where they have competent employees.

Went in on Saturday to get a new watch, the young man that "helped" us was rude and condescending.
We have been tmobile customers for many years and I am now changing phone companies over the way we were treated.
I would stay far away from this store!!
