Grade a awesome service! Truly a lifesaver because I forgot my belt and I live in South Carolina and they just happen to be where I could get my small truck in here and get me a new belt some new socks and a new shirt. The woman that helped me was very down to earth and extremely helpful, she definitely deserves a raise. A true token to the franchise she is!

I was pleasantly surprised at the large selection of fashion wear and I was able to find my size (XL) not just big n tall. Great customer service. I've made purchases on two separate visits. This is my new go to store for men's clothes.

It was a great experience in the store. My brother and I were there shopping for clothes for my upcoming vacation and while it’s fall time there was still a good selection of spring and winter clothes. The store representative was helpful, courteous and accommodating. The clothing was clearly labeled and easy to sort through. Prices were fair and the clearance section/ rest of the store was organized very well according to clothing type. I plan to return in future to this store. It was an excellent experience and I’d recommend it to anyone who is big or tall or like my brother and I, both.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a nice young man offering assistance. He continued to help us throughout our shopping. He even made a place for me to sit while my husband was still shopping. We found exactly what my husband needed and the checkout experience was just as pleasant.

My experience with Casual Male XL was excellent! I was shopping for my son. Great selection of styles that met with his approval. The sales associate was friendly and very helpful. The store was organized and the fitting room was clean. We will be shopping there again soon!

Store is clean, and the staff are more than helpful. They give advice on what looks good and what to combine. Also best place to go for plus sizes, that are in stock. They are a speciality store so a little on the pricy side but not anything like Rockchester.
