The UPS Store

I had a big printing job (500 pgs) during which my own printer died. As it was for Christmas, time was of the essence and researching/paying for a new printer was less than an ideal option. Melissa and her staff at Lincoln Hwy UPS came through for me. It was efficient, economical, and effective! Thank you Melissa, you're the best!

Edit: For the record, this review is for the Lincoln Hwy location, which has always been a pleasure. A previous negative review from several years ago referred specifically to the Vermillion Square location.

Great location and easily accessible, also very convenient off I95. Quick and easy to have packages rerouted here you cant have delivered to home. Freindly and knowledgeable employees.

Ngl i was a lil worried from scrollin thru the reviews but i was pleasantly surprised by the customer service i received. Not sure who the super sweet guy was workin there last nite on 5-9-23 but he def was a big help to me. I got there half an hr before closing and cldnt get the email sent to them (i have prblms with my acnt). I stepped aside to let everyone else go while i tried to figure it out. He was really patient and acted like it was nbd that it took me till 10 after closing to get my bf to send the email from his acnt so i cld get my package sent out on the last day possible. Will def use them from now on!

I had to come back. Despite that my package was on its original package, I was told I had to place the item on my own package or they can package for me for $3. So I had to go home and cone back to the ups store.

The employees are very nice and the service is good. They also have a new kiosk with quick instructions to drop off your Amazon packages so you don't have to wait in line anymore. This was very useful :)
