First time here. Just the most pleasant lady at the counter. Walked me through everything I needed and explained my options. Couldn't ask for a better place to do business.

I reached out to Pack and Ship with an unusual short notice shipping need (returning 3 large boxes at shippers expense). I am not a regular customer. Called at 4:10, explained my situation, they invited me to their store, arrived at 4:30, I was done at 4:40, packages picked up at 5 and I have tracking numbers to follow. Helpful, knowledgable, fast. Very good experience.

Great service, friendly staff & many useful services including large format printing, business cards, and easy shipping. And they sell this rare square called a postage stamp, which turns out to be harder to find than one would expect.

Can't help but to love the local Post Office. Nothing less than great service, awesome attitudes and a few laughs here and there. I always feel like the team has my best interests in mind even when my business is more cost effective elsewhere. I'm definitely in it with Pack and Ship for the long haul.

I absolutely love this place. Here you get the kind of customer service you wish you'd get from other businesses in the area...the kind of customer service that many businesses in America were built on - but is now few and far between. Always an easy stop to help with your packaging needs. Recently helped me ship an older film projector across the country. The package arrived days later fully intact. Also, a great drop off site for Amazon returns, hassle/question free. Great little shop. Plus, some bonus points for the little gifts you can buy.

I represent a dental equipment sales and repair company, specifically our used eBay equipment sales department. As of the past month and a half of so, we've been shipping x-ray equipment, which is large, heavy, and expensive. Pack and Ship did a fantastic job, being both reasonably quick, and reasonably priced. The best part is that they stand behind what they do.

One of the X-rays they packed was very poorly handled by UPS, and was damaged upon arrival, causing the buyer to refuse the package. Mark was extremely helpful in guiding me and explaining the steps necessary to open up a damage claim with UPS. Unsurprisingly, UPS denied the claim, even though a substantial amount of cosmetic damage was done. I went back to Mark asking if he had any additional information that I could use to dispute the claim, and he offered to stand behind his work and cover the damages! I can't express how professional and great Pack and Ship is.

From now on, we ship FedEx for larger, more valuable packages, and we package things as separately as possible to reduce weight. Pack and Ship is there every step of the way, and we can't recommend them enough to help you with all of your packing and shipping needs.

Wonderful service with great customer experience

This place is the best. I brought in a dilapidated package that was compromised during a major carrier shipping process and Pack and Ship was very helpful in reboxing it. Their prices are very fair and I believe in supporting a small business like this. Thank you P&S!!

Very friendly staff, and most importantly, very good at packaging unique and odd items to ship. Love dealing with them, and I drive 30 minutes jut to do business with them.

Was trying to ship a. Box overseas but only a gift card to pay the bill for it yo go and the store couldn't take the gift card for the shipping. I came back home 38miles with my package. This is the closest to me that excepts DHL shients in my area.

Friendly, very welcoming , it feels like visiting friends! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to mail my packages, nice greeting cards and hand made necklaces are beautiful!!

Staff is friendly, I have never had more than one person ahead of me. If you do not own a label printer you can email their buisiness address and have it printed there for a very small fee.

Very pleasant staff, I never need to wait. I'm so glad to have a local store which understands great customer service.
