My washer quit working today and I called JD appliance on a Friday afternoon around 3:00. The technician was here almost immediately and had it working just a few minutes later. Service and professionalism were excellent, I couldn't be happier.

Jamie is great to work with. We had an issue with a washer and he came out the next day and fixed it and even stayed to make sure it was working. Would highly recommend

It was great meeting Jamie and having him assist through the process. They made it super easy buying our first washer and dryer set. There was a wide range of options, and the delivery and installation inclusion made it effortless! Even my dogs liked them, and they don’t like everybody, lol.

I called explained my situation with my dryer, JD came out to see what the problem was and before you knew it, he was supplying me with a new reasonable dryer. I went to the store located in Edgewood looking for a new washer. I was met by two male employees that were extremely helpful and answered all out silly questions. We made a purchase and set up delivery and everything was awesome and the delivery arrived on time

We are a small child care center that needed a washer and dryer quickly! He came within a couple hours with a new washer and dryer, installed and even changed out our dryer vent! Very professional, quick, and worked with us!

Very good shop to get appliances. They have a large selection and good prices. They also have delivery service if needed. I will definitely use them again.
