Cool Wave Coffee

Wonderful little coffee shop with great food, yummy bakery items and excellent coffee. Front porch with a table fire pit to sit around. Sits right on the Sakata Trail in Waterville. Perfect place for a break!

They have a cozy little location And it was being remodeled when I was there, but the drinks and food were superb as always

Happened to come across this coffee shop on my way through town. The cold brew was delicious - some of the best I’ve ever had. The service was great and in such a nice location to sit out on the porch and enjoy our coffees. Will definitely be back if we are in the area!

This coffee shop is amazing! I stopped here and got a smoothie, chicken salad sandwich and cinnamon roll and brought it to Sakatah Lake State Park for a picnic. The cinnamon roll was so fresh and huge-I couldn't finish it all but it was just as delicious the next day. Their selection is great and they have a little bit of everything. The staff is super helpful and friendly and had great recommendations. The decor is cute and cozy, and I could totally spend a good amount of time here reading or working while enjoying the delicious goodies. Totally worth the hour drive, and I can't wait to come back!

What a great place to grab a coffee! I live here in Waterville and I enjoy spending my time trying out different coffee shops! I just moved here from the cities, so my options have been very limited. I was so excited when I found out there was a new coffee shop in town. Recently, I road my bike to cool wave and my card had fallen out of my pocket! What are the odds. They were so patient with me and allowed me to use Apple Pay! They also allow you to try things before ordering (like coffee) because they want to make sure it’s right for you! This place is definitely in my top 3 favorite coffee shops. The employees are very friendly and helpful! Oh and btw…I found my card on my way home! :)

I just discovered this wonderful coffee shop in Waterville! Cool Wave Coffee.
I ordered my favorite cold drink and it’s the best I’ve tasted!
I also enjoyed a blueberry scone. Both items were great!

Enjoyed a couple coffees and a hot chocolate and picked up a couple gift cards to go for gifts. Oh, and put a hold on 4 cinnamon rolls for pickup tomorrow.next day stopped by to get cinnamon rolls that where as big as a Frisbee they were sooooo delicious 😋

Cool wave is such a cute little coffee shop! I’m not from around here, but I am so glad I stopped💗 They were so friendly and had relaxing acoustic music playing! Wether you’re just stopping to grab a drink or need a place to study, I highly recommend!
I got the zebra frappe, it was delicious and they made my order super fast! Their cakes also look amazing! I will definitely be coming back next time I’m around!

Right on the Sakatah Bike Trail and absolutely delicious cashew cinnamon coffee! Looking forward to coming back and trying some of the anticipated gluten free food items that we were told are coming. The owners/staff were welcoming and attentive and invested in their service and customers!

Such a cute little shop. We are from out of town and just happened to come across it while biking. The ice cream sandwich was amazing. A cute little gem that we will definitely visit again!

This place is amazing! The owner and employees are so friendly. The cinnamon rolls are to die for and they are HUGE!! If you have never been there you definitely need to stop by and try it. They are right off of highway 60 when going into Waterville. Cute place with great coffee and friendly atmosphere. Definitely my go to.

Came in today for the first time...had a blueberry scone and an iced mocha. Very tasty and the coffee drink was spot on! Cant wait to come back.

Such a cute lil coffee shop my carmal macchiato was so good and my husband loved his cold brew with flavored cold foam

The owners, the food (lavender latte and chicken salad sandwich!) made the small town charm even sweeter. My parents ate with us, and Dad had to order 2 cinnamon rolls because he shared with Mom, and wanted more. That’s a testimony to their cinnamon rolls! Delicious!!!

The cashew coffee is the best I've ever had. Yummy 😋

I drive by Cool Wave every morning on my way to work, but have never had time to stop. I was running a bit early this morning and I'm so glad I made the decision to pull that front door.

I don't like anything special. Usually just a black cup of coffee. I decided to let my hair down a bit and got an Americano this morning. Wowza. Five shots of espresso, a couple of friendly faces, a delicious cup of coffee and a delightful drive in to work.

Can't say enough good things about this place!

This place has great service, great coffee, and good food. We stumbled upon Cool Wave Coffee while we were on a camping trip to Sakatah Lake State Park.
The employees were very friendly, and provided outstanding service, and the coffee and food were fantastic,
If you are passing through the Faribault area, it's worth taking a quick 20 minute detour to Cool Wave.
