Love this place. Staff is friendly and helpful and they get new stuff all the time! It’s a sustainably run thrift store and they do a lot of great work in the community helping lower income folks get back on their feet. Please support these guys if you can!

UPDATE: Gone for Good has a new, central location just south of Broadway & Evans. Amazing selection of household items, furniture, Christmas decorations, in great condition and dirt cheap. A lot vintage items. Will be coming often.

Recently discovered Gone for Good and love stopping by. They get a lot of things from estate sales and house cleanouts. I enjoy coming and looking. Never know what you might find.

Hands down the best thrift in Denver. I’ve never gone and walked out empty handed. Incredibly friendly staff and low prices for beautiful collectible and modern pieces. Can’t recommend enough

I absolutely loved this store! I’m new to the area and am trying to furnish an entire house on a budget. The in store employees were awesome! Lydia especially was just such a sweetheart. They really have great stuff too, with fair prices.

However… I paid 100 bucks for delivery, and tipped 70% on top of that. The guys arrived 4.5 hours later than the scheduled time, with no communication. I wasted most of my day waiting around, after receiving a confirmation call that they were about 1.5 hours out.

They put giant scratches all over my freshly refinished hardwood floor as well. I had laid moving blankets out to ensure this wouldn’t happen, so it’s sort of a bummer.

They also smacked a giant dresser into my wall, which chipped the paint and dented the gyp.

So overall, I was planning to leave a 5 star review, that the people at the store clearly deserve. I just wish i had access to our truck and trailer, like I normally would. Because the delivery experience completed tainted my desire to keep shopping there.

Hardwood floors were 3,500 to refinish and it’s just really lame that they’re already ruined… or, gone for good as they say. Lol

I posted this and within an hour the owner called me and offered me a full refund. I can’t believe how nice and professional he was about the entire thing. I didn’t feel comfortable accepting such a large amount back, but the fact that this man was willing to even reach out and offer that completely blew me away. It totally soothed my frustration, and I will totally be back. Because as I listed above, I had a great experience with the employees at the store! They are honest hardworking people and I am so pleased that this guy took the time to read my review and try and make amends.

David with Aurora Gone For Good did an amazing job for us! He and his team were efficient, hard-working and courteous. They worked all day clearing out the basement. We couldn't have done the move without them. Highly recommend.

Love this off the beaten path place. It's mostly estate left overs and lots of vintage merchandise. Your can get old hand tools to old records. Furniture is always nice quality from what era is in the shop that week. I've found some really cool pieces of glassware and pictures. Fair prices. I would have a idea in your head first before approaching the register in case you want to haggle. Nice couple that runs the show

Working with Gone For Good was a great experience. The employees are prompt, friendly, and careful. Additionally when you call GFG, they actually answer your call or return your call promptly when you leave them a message. I would definitely use their services again.

David is a good guy to work with regarding antique furniture. He sold me the dresser and helped me load it into my truck. He even jumped up into the truck to settle the load on place. I appreciated that because I'm an old man that isn't as nimble as I once was in life. Thanks David.

Friendly small business with a good cause. Always something neat to find like furniture or other goods for the home but stuff moves fast. Not much parking but definitely worth a stop.

As a professional organizer, Gone for Good Denver is my "go to" company for pickup of my client's unwanted items. They are always on time, provide an accurate estimate of the cost, and are professional. They also work with local charities to donate gently used items. I love the eco-friendly approach of this company. I highly recommend them!

Very prompt arrival, polite and professional, accurate pricing, and a good sport about getting some furniture out of a tough space (old Victorian house). It was one person vs. two because one had called out, so I helped move the items (which I was happy to do -- stuff happens) and received a discount as a result, which was kind. I will definitely use them again next time I have items that still have life left but no time to sell them myself.

They were so helpful and accommodating! We were moving our senior parents and had a lot to get rid of. They made it so easy - they were very professional - called back, showed up on time and were upfront about their pricing. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic concept. We called when we wanted to declutter unused furniture and miscellany. Prompt appointment and two great guys made speedy work of our stuff. So much better than donating to organizations that ship stuff overseas or dump it.

This is the BEST service. My mom died recently, and instead of having to sort through and pack and appropriately route the leftover contents of her apartment, my family was able to turn that work over to Gone for Good. It allowed us time to be together and grieve, at a time when we needed support. G4G was professional, on time, considerate, speedy -- and thorough. And the price was well worth it. I recommend this to anyone who is moving or downsizing. Take what you need/love, and let G4G do the rest.

The entire process was efficient and easy. The office staff was friendly and communicated well via email. On the day of the move, the crew was on time, fast, efficient, courteous, respectful and compassionate. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs a home cleaned out. Annie was great at giving us a no-nonsense quote and answering our questions. Brian and Scott were courteous, conscientious, and hard-working. They made the process of cleaning out our storage unit easy. We're glad it wasn't all going to a landfill as it was all quality stuff. I would use this company again.
