Jody's marketing skills are beyond perfect. The house was on the market 2 days and we received 8 offers. Jody's knowledge of the market and her marketing skills are why we were able to accept an offer well above asking in a matter of a couple of days.This all happened so quickly. When she told us on a Wednesday when we signed with her we would be opening escrow the next Monday, we laughed as we figured it would take a month or two. Well, we were wrong and she was RIGHT!!! We signed on a Wednesday, she brought in a professional photographer on Thursday and Thursday night our house was officially on the market.The first showing was Friday and our first offer came in from that showing. Between Friday and Sat we had 20 showings and many others requesting showings but with 8 offers on the table we stopped showing on Saturday afternoon and accepted an offer on Sunday. So in all, the house sold within a couple of days. I attribute the quick sale to Jody's knowledge of the market and her timing by marketing with the beautiful photos from the get go.
Jody worked hard for us during the entire process and communicated regularly. We were never left with a question of what was going on, she always kept us in the loop. How she does it, I have no idea. My best advice to anyone wanting to sell or buy in California (she works through out the State) reach out to her. You will be blessed beyond belief, not only is she a terrific realtor she is fun to work with!!!
