Have I got a story to tell you. Yesterday my family and I were headed to Athens Alabama, a short two hour drive, so we thought. Our 07 Sorento died 17 minutes before we got there. Stuck in the middle of nowhere and with no one to call, an AutoZone laid just two miles away with no means to get there. We called the AutoZone and the manager got in his own car, came and got us and made sure we made it to AutoZone. Our alternator was bad and we weren't going anywhere, but he hooked up a power box to our battery while we drove down the road. Our hood couldn't close because of the power box so we rode with our hood unlatched really slow, of course, all the way there. We got a new alternator, they even let us borrow some tools and we were back on the road. I've always heard some heroes don't wear capes, very true. Ben and his team are this kind of heroes. Thank you guys for everything and I wish you the best always.

Ben, Caleb and Mia went above and beyond what was expected in sales and service. Really put our faith back in the service industry and reminded me of how it used to be when I worked at AutoZone 30yrs ago. Kind, polite, knowledgeable and willing to help.

Although I didn’t necessarily buy anything, the staff and, I believe, manager were so kind to me. I had gone to Tennessee to adopt a dog and on the way back my car broke down and I made it to their parking lot. I was about 2 hours away from home. I was stressed. The manager was kind enough to look under the hood and figure out the problem and was even trying to help fix, but it was beyond his capability. I waited about six hours for a tow truck and to be picked up by friends. They made a stressful day a lot less stressful. They helped me look for a mechanic shop and tow trucks. The entire day, they checked in on me and allowed my dog and I to come in and out. I appreciated it so much. Throughout the day I saw how they genuinely tried to help each customer and they were pretty knowledgable about car problems and what may be needed. To have you car breakdown anywhere, this would be the best place.

Are you guys here and girls and the manager are all A++. The store is kept clean and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they will help you out any chance they get.

It was nice getting what I needed first time. Went to 2 other places and got the same answer at both, we don't have it but can order if you want it. So I was able to finish my little job today and not in a week.

Wow! We can’t be more thankful. Hub went bad on the way to Panama City and stopped in to replace it. They were the most kind and generous people. So very helpful in getting us fixed up and back on the road! Words can’t express how grateful we are for them! Thank you!!!

We were having trouble with our Rav4 sometimes not wanting to start The gentleman diagnosed the problem as being an old battery. He suggested the Duralast Gold with a 5 year/ 60 month warranty. Excellent transaction!

If anyone read my previous review I'm sorry, it was posted to the wrong AutoZone, it was meant for the Athens AutoZone, I removed the review and have posted it to the correct AutoZone, I came to this location because of the other one being not nice, I was very happy with this store, the salesman was great, friendly and helpful, he cut up with us and he even apologized for how the other store did which was very thoughtful, I will use this store for now on, fast service and no wait... again sorry for the mix up...

Great service, they will help you nearly in any way they can, I went to a store very close nearby and my battery had went dead and I walked upl there and I told them about the situation, and they were more than happy to help, I didn't even ask, they improvised and said "i got you, I'll help you out." Not many places will go out of their way to help someone. This is where I mainly buy my parts for my car.

On December 17th, I was driving home from Huntsville and my Infiniti began acting up while driving on the road. I was able to call Auto Zone in Ardmore, TN and I reached Chris H. He was EXTREMELY helpful and even met me in the parking lot to look at my SUV. He was able to diagnose the problem and referred me to a mechanic to help assist with the problem. I'm extremely thankful for Chris H at Auto Zone. You don't find many people who are willing to go the extra mile for you, go outside and actually look at what's going on and empathize with my current situation. I HIGHLY recommend Auto Zone in Ardmore TN - Ask for Chris H!

Had an issue that Mark Payne was able to quickly solve. I was thoroughly impressed with how quick he was able to solve the issue and his knowledge. I would definitely recommend this location.

Came in for a cabin filter. The man was very polite and looked up and got me the right one. In and out in under 5 minutes.

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. And l don't think that I have ever had to wait for a part to come in here for an import younger than 15 years! That's impressive.

The employees they have now and the store manager are super helpful and friendly.

Most workers are fairly experienced and knowledgable with a wide variety of parts. They are able to help above and beyond within their means.

Pretty good place I just found out they give $10 for car batteries that are no good well they give a gift card store credit that is which is pretty cool who can't spend $10 at AutoZone
