Went to get a new phone and switch to an iPhone and JT took care of me and I was in and out in 30 mins. He got me exactly what I wanted and no hassle at all. He has been my T-Mobile guy since day one!

JT was so helpful. It was a process to upgrade my phone bc of a recent claim and him and the store manager (Allen I believe) worked to get it worked out and my husband and I both love our new phones.

My husband and I recently switched to T-Mobile to save some money. We switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. We had issues with the SIM card since I tried to set it up over the phone and both of our phones went into SOS mode. We both have iPhones and it's supposed to be an eSIM so that was the issue. We took a drive over to the T-Mobile store and Matt helped us out and fixed the issue. He was professional and courteous. The store was clean and looked very nice. So far, my husband and I are liking T-Mobile.

I had just purchased and recieved a new iPhone 14 through T-Mobile. I followed though all the steps, got the information from the old phone transferred to the new. But the eSIM card wasn't working. It was showing as registered, but were unable to make calls, texts, etc.
I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with their tech support (which was amazing) and we thought it was fixed. The tech said to wait a few hours for the authorization to occur.
Woke up this morning, and still not working. I went to the store, and a gentleman who I believe is named Ed, helped me out. He called the tech line himself, tried some trouble shooting, and ended up having them put a ticket in for further investigation. They said it could take up to 6/20 before it was fixed, and i may still need to return the new phone for another. He was very helpful in getting me aSIM card for a very old Samsung I had in the meantime.
A few hours later, T-Mobile service called, Walked me through 3 things, and the phone's eSIM was working.
It was wonderful to have someone take the time to stay on the phone trying to fix an issue, and get the ticket to the place it needed to be to get resolved.

I love t-mobile I have never really had any problems with them. I love going to the store on Levittown parkway if you ever go there please ask for nick he is the absolute best person to go to can help you with any problems and fix anything for you. Great attitude and awesome personality! He's honest and will always tell you the truth about your phone. So of your ever there please make sure you ask for nick.

All the employees here are fantastic and very friendly! Extremely helpful and take all the time you need to answer any questions you have and explain if you don't understand. They are all knowledgeable about every device! I'm always happy and impressed when I have to stop in for anything! A++++ ☆☆☆☆☆

Staff is extremely helpful.
In the past it was kind of iffy , whether you would get one of the burn out kids that worked there .
However now it seems everyone that is employed there is , I guess I would say more mature. With that you get helpful and personable people.
Someone always comes over to you to ask if they can help w/something , you don't have to wait for them to finish a conversation between each other about how wasted they got last night. As you do at too many places .
Enough rambling , it's a good place to go.
