I went here to get a specific ps3 game for my special needs child. I explained why I was looking for it and how I still needed number 2 of the game. As I was pulling out, the man working there came out and flagged me down. He located the second game and told me where to get it! I had been searching for weeks! I went to the location he told me and sire enough they had it and I had a very happy child!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. Especially, Mitch, he went above and beyond for my son. I highly recommend this Game Stop. Thank you, Mitch, for putting a smile on my sons face!

My son and I went in looking for a PS4 controller. The gentlemen at the counter informed us about the shortage of the controllers and offered to order one from his warehouse that would arrive within a week! He made my sons day and he was very helpful and customer friendly 😁 Thanks!

Me and my husband were greeted very fast and were asked if we needed help finding anything. Taylor 😉 and Marcus were so helpful and friendly. They helped us find exactly what we needed and they were so nice and knowledgeable. THANKS GUYS, U ROCK!

Friendly staff and good selection. One of the staff took a good 10 minutes to describe some virtual reality programs he thought I would like and they were great pointers. I only like to go here to purchase games if not online. My grandson and granddaughter love this place as well.

Very friendly customer service, not crowded, Always trying to help, to get and match the price. Not very pushy with membership, which is good for me who shop there only once in two years!

I had all my questions answered quickly by Employee Casey who didn't rush me, he took his time helping me with my transaction and questions. As I was leaving the store I forgot to get a case to protect my new handheld 3DS console. He immediately without hesitation politely stopped helping a guest and offered me a case that was in the process of being thrown away. I was ecstatic that I got to save a case from the dump and didn't have to spend additional money when I had already spent 269.97 dollars! Way to go the extra mile for a guest!

Just moved into the area and have been to a number of gamestops n my life. This location was by far one of the best i've been to. Walked in was greeted by the workers at the counter and was asked if i needed help. They pointed me in the direction of the game i was looking for and gave a lot of insight to game details, story lines, difficulty, etc. As well as giving me suggestions for similar games. Great conversation, staff was very informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. I decided to sign up for the rewards pro program specifically due to the individuals on staff today. I wish i would have gotten their names to give them a shout out! I have found my new gamestop location i will be frequenting!

Wonderful experience! Taylor was helpful and very knowledgable as well as patient with my seemingly stupid questions as I dont know much about gaming lol. Would absolutely recommend!! Very pleasant and polite service with a big smile!

Jason at the garfield store is GREAT!! Always very helpful if he doesn't have all I'm looking for, he tracks it down for me! We are regulars there and always satisfied with the selection and assistance in preorders etc.

Always find what my son's looking for and if somehow they don't have it they'll find it for you! Exceptional service and products are great. NEVER had a problem with anything used either!

Omg!!!! I haven’t been to a GameStop in YEARS and Taylor was such an amazing help! My friend and I just moved into our first apt and we decided to celebrate by buying a wii LOL, we came in for some games and Taylor was sooo friendly and really made it a special experience for us both. GameStop.. y’all made a great choice hiring him!! We’ll def be back soon!

I was having issues getting Destiny 2 Forsaken installed at the $80 dollar GameStop preorder price. The website was not helpful so I call this store to see if they have a corp number I could call. Mickey was very helpful a told me that his coworker Parker knows a lot about Destiny and passed me to him while he looked up the number. Parker ask what was going on and knew just what I needed to do. With Parker's help I got just what I paid for in less than 5 minutes. Thank you guys for your help!!!

I love to play games and when I get the same great customer service time and time again, I will always come back to shop here. Also, the prices on pre-owned games and accessories are extremely low. It's like Christmas!!!
