At the beginning of the month my husband and I were in desperate need of some new shoes. We went into FUSION Footwear and walked out extremely pleased with the service, selection and most of all the extremely attentive employees who work extremely hard to help me find the perfect shoe!
Great selection and it felt like we were shopping with friends and didn't feel pressured into buying something we just didn't love! Keep up the great customer service and we will definitely keep coming back!

With customer service becoming a rarity in today’s world, walking thru the doors at FUSION footwear was a breath of fresh air. No matter now busy the store is, the staff ALWAYS takes a moment to acknowledge and greet every customer with a genuine smile and caring attitude. They answered every question I had (there was a lot!) and spent the time to get to know me (and my feet), and that was rejuvenating in and of itself. Being treated like a person and not as a number or seen as an inconvenience is hard to come by these day, especially in the retail world, but I felt like mother freaking Cinderella at FUSION! Thank you, Stephanie (and staff) for making me feel seen, heard and validated during my stops into the store. The community is lucky to have the store and you all! 10/10 I would let them touch my feet again 😂

My daughter has been complaining of foot pain for over a month. Last week we stopped into Fusion Footwear looking for a pair of shoes my daughter seen online. She was happy they had her size in stock! Heather was so welcoming and her knowledge was so helpful! She picked out a cute pair of Feetures socks and she could not be happier with them. Her feet haven't hurt since! What an awesome small business to have in Oshkosh! Also, they had a fun plank challenge to save money from your purchase (I believe through November) So fun and motivating! You don't get this at your average shoe store! I can't believe we didn't check them out sooner!

Steph & Shanna were so helpful and knowledgeable about shoes, socks and customized sole inserts during my time in the store. It was a busy day and they were so welcoming and patient with everyone that was there. Thank you for the comfortable Alta shoes and Feetures socks! Its truly a family friendly feeling walking through Fusion Footwear's doors.

I was overdue for new walking/running shoes and visited Fusion Footwear this weekend. I didn't have any idea what I needed, but worked with Josh who helped me try out half a dozen different shoes and we found the perfect fit. Josh was awesome, friendly and patient as he helped me evaluate the different shoes and in my final selection. I love these new shoes. I will for sure be back to Fusion Foot wear in the future!

Josh and Stephanie were fantastic - very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. I learned that I'd been buying the wrong sized shoes for years. The pairs I bought today are perfect. The tech they use to do feet analysis is really cool. They have a good selection, and the prices are good. Plus, it's locally owned. With Rogan's being bought out by Shoe Carnival, I feel like it's really important to support a shoe store that remains local. This is the best experience I've ever had at a shoe store. I can't recommend FUSION highly enough.

I recently visited Fusion Footwear for the first time after recommended by a friend. Stephanie, the owner, is very knowledgeable and personable. After careful analysis, she suggested several pairs and helped fit me with the best running shoes for my wide feet. Great selection of shoes and accessories. I love shopping local and highly recommend this place!

I needed a pair of shoes for work that would support being on my feet all day and my coworkers recommended OnClouds. This was the only store we could find that sold them. We walked in and were helped by Eden. She was amazing and super friendly! Eden was super knowledgeable about every shoe she showed me. I spent over an hour trying on different styles and sizes until I found what I liked. I walked out with 2 pairs of OnClouds and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I will definitely go back when I need my next pair!

I had such an amazing experience working with Stephanie today. She has a wealth of knowledge and got me set up with a shoe that will help stabilize my posture while running - minimizing the potential for injury or joint pain. She listened intently to my concerns regarding hip pain while running and I completely trusted her opinion regarding what shoe would be right for me. Not only did she help set me up with the best shoe, but also gave me tips on strengthening my hips (and how to do this realistically with my 3 young kids at home) as well proper nutrition information as I embark my training for a half marathon. Many thanks to Josh at Fusion Footwear. He asked me a few simple questions about my walking and running habits (including any prior injuries) and then set me up to try on and compare five different shoes. He answered all my questions with patience and expertise! Josh is a runner and has personally tried all the Fusion Footwear brands in his own training and races, so he also gave me advice based on his experiences. So helpful! At the checkout, I added on inserts and Smart Wool running socks. So excited to do some winter running. Shopping at Fusion was a fantastic experience!

Went to Fusion for my 2nd pair of Brooks. Eden took the time to really listen to me and understand my needs. She was awesome! She also gave me two other shoes to try on plus the new Brooks. I bought the Brooks. 😁Thanks for such a pleasant experience Eden!!!

My fiancé and I bought a pair of running shoes here a few weeks ago. There were so many different styles to choose from, and I got a really nice pair of Brooks for only $70. Shanna, along with the owner, Stephanie, were both super helpful in explaining the different types of shoes and which ones would be the best fit for me - great customer service! I will definitely be back!

Stephanie was amazing. I walked in for the first time today. I asked about the Christmas shoes that I'd seen their IG. She helped me choose the right size. She also gave me info for their app and other running programs that they have for next month. I will definitely be returning. Great customer service.

I came to this place upon a recommendation from a colleague and was more than impressed! Steph was super professional, answered all of my questions, helped me understand the foot analysis and provided recommendations. I ended up purchasing a Brooks Ghost Max and insoles + socks, took them for a test run tonight and am highly pleased. Amy was the store associate that helped me find the best shoe for me. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the different types of shoes. Ended up buying the Brooks Ghost pillow shoe. Sooo comfortable!! Thanks Amy for your great service!!

Every staff member is super friendly and knowledgeable. Taking care of each customer that walks through their door is a clear priority. It's always an enjoyable experience when I am there.

I've been hearing really great reviews about the ASICS gel nimbus from the staff and other customers at Fusion Footwear. I finally caved and bought a pair after Shanna got me in and fitted. The owners, Mau & Steph had me convinced I had to give them a try and they were spot on with these! Everything from the customer service to the family friendly atmosphere, their store has the the most welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Thank you for always a great experience when I come through your doors.

I was very excited when Fusion Footwear opened their doors. I am very particular about my shoes and was blown away by the knowledge, care, and excellent customer service I received when I first visited them. Stephanie and her staff know their stuff! They spend time talking with their customers about what they are looking for in shoes. They really listen to customers. Knowing what activities the shoes will be worn for is key in finding the best possible brand, style, and fit. I want my
shoes to be comfortable, soft, and keep me stable in any activities I'm involved in. Stephanie gently guides you to the shoes that will be most appropriate for the customer. Just because they are a cool color, doesn't make them the best fit. If you're looking for a different color in a style that is a good fit for you, she will do her best to get what you want. As you can see in the photo, I have great looking shoes, each worn for specific reasons. I wear the Brooks Adrenaline for running, the Saucony for power walks and runs, the Hoka for everyday use, and the Ice Bugs for all of my outdoor winter walks and runs. I had my foot analyzed at the store two months ago. I knew that my left hip and knee were my weak spots, and discovered why after the analysis. I purchased the HOSSA Fabric Insoles to wear in my shoes, and I can honestly say that I am not bothered on my left side at all anymore. Consistency is key, so I need to put them in the shoes I'm wearing on a particular day. There's so much more at Fusion Footwear to tell you about. I suggest that you get in there someday to see for yourself.

The staff at Fusion did a great job fitting me for some running shoes. I am new to running and didn't know where to start. They asked a number of questions before returning with several pairs of shoes in my size. I tried on a few pairs and found some that were just right. Thanks so much!!!
