T-Mobile

1st time coming to this T-Mobile location and it definitely won't be my last. Ramon Hernandez has been one of the most helpful sales associates I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to not only make sure my exchange was working correctly but he also carefully and perfectly switched over my screen protector. Honestly everyone in the store was super polite and friendly. Great jobs guys can't wait to come back.

This was the best experience I have had at a T-Mobile store. I was helped by Michael and he was so friendly and helpful. Also, Jesse and Nestor helped out and were not only helpful but great company. The service was pretty fast and not a huge waste of a day like a lot of the T-Mobile stores.

I have had nothing but super AWESOME experiences with this location. I absolutely love the customer service provided! Michael has helped me on three separate occasions. I will never return to the store i purchased my T- mobile plan from they were dishonest an I had issues with my bill for the first three months due to there incompetentance.
I love this store and will continue with T- mobile because of these gentlemen.

Beautiful new store and great customer service. Manu and Nester were extremely helpful with my purchase of a new phone. They also worked diligently, though unsuccessfully, to unlock my old frozen phone to transfer data to the new phone. Wasn't their fault...just a strange aberration with the old phone that none of us had experienced before. (Excellent reason for backing up data elsewhere.) Highly recommend the new Calvine T-Mobile store.

I came in and Michael welcomed me. I came in to see the cost of upgrading for unlimited data. Michael was very helpful telling me which one is best choice for me. The sale associates (Michael, Nestor, and Bruno) were awsome and friendly. They were really helpful and answered my questions. They did also informed me of the special sales they are having which it was a good deal. I would recommend this place to family and friends. They will try their best to help and get what you needed. They will see me back again, plus it's close to home.

Micheal was my sales person, and let me tell you!!! He has awesome customer service....such a delightful young man. He went over and above to make sure I got optimum service. He is definitely manager material for sure. So knowledgeable, and professional. Never let him go T-Mobil... he's the best!!!!!!!

Absolute best service I have ever received from any cell phone carrier. The entire staff was friendly and my experience was a delight.
It only took an hour to set me up with everything I needed. Probably took longer than necessary because I was enjoying my conversation with them all. Gabe was especially helpful. I came in with zero knowledge and left feeling completely in control. I can not recommend this place highly enough!!

This is a great location for a T-mobile Store. Staff is very pleasant, and helpful. They're confident with 5 stars services they provide. I will continue to keep this location as my goto T-mobile store.

Omg!! I received the best service from Manu Michael and Bruno!! I love this store! The service was excellent and they worked extremely fast to take care of me. Constantly following up with me and ensuring me they were able to transfer all my info to my new phone. I left Sprint because of the poor service. Glad to know Manu is on the job and Michael and Bruno kept me in smiles with entertaining me while I wait. Great group they have and the manager Nestor was awesome! He came and greeted me as soon as I walked in! Love those guys!!

I was so happy to find out that this new location is just a minute drive from my house. My experience here was great! Kellen and Bruno were awesome. They hooked me up with a brand new iPhone 7 and offered me a free tablet. I highly recommend visiting this location for any of your T-mobile services needs.

Went to another store, but the employees were rude. Decided to travel a bit to talk to employees that were helpful, and knew what they were talking about. I am glad that I did - I talked with Michael, the store manager and another associate who were VERY friendly - knowledgeable, and helped me get a new phone with everything I needed. Even set my phone up for me, and put on the case/screen protector for me. Will go back here if I need anything in the future

I came in on Black Friday 2016 and I was treated with exceptional service. The networks were slow and the place was packed to the gills. The store manager Nestor kept controlled the chaos while Kellen assisted me in porting my numbers. Everything was explained clearly and accurately. When the first bill came around there were no surprises. All the credits appeared exactly how Kellen explained them to me. I have never received this level of service from any Cell phone carrier. Accurate Information, Professional staff, couldn't ask for anything else.

I came into the store after a frustrating last few days because I recently lost my phone and Lee made the process of getting reconnected to my replacement phone very smooth. He understood my situation and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to work with Lee. If I ever need to go to a T-Mobile store again, I will definitely go to this location because of the high level of customer service that I received.

Went in to this store today because my old iPhone was giving me troubles!! I walked straight in and was immediately greeted by Jose! We looked at new iPhones and I decided to go with the iPhone 8. Jose also told me about the benefits of the Apple Watch series 3 and I decided to get that as well. Overall it was a good shopping experience. I was in and out quickly with my new products. I couldn’t be any more happier!! Thanks Jose!!

An Awesome group of people working for me, the customer and properly representing T-mobile. They made my day Happy! Juan and Ky went beyond the call of duty and kept me smiling and dancing through my whole experience. Excellent employees who deserve a promotion/raise.

I had a concern regarding my bill, so I called customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, the rep I spoke with was not much help. Feeling frustrated, I decided to go to a T-Mobile store for assistance in person. Nestor was able to clearly identify the issue and come up with a resolution. He is friendly, patient, willing to assist, compassionate, and has great customer service. Also, shout out to Ky for his customer service. This was my first time at this location, and I will continue to come here. Thank you guys for your help!

Michael & Bruno were super amazing!!! Came in with a issue with my phone and walked out happy and satisfied with the outcome. They made sure all my questions and concerns were solved and I appreciate that so much. Thanx guys! Will most definitely make this my home store.

Came in because I had trouble with my cell phone not being able to make calls or receive text randomly. I was hesitant to go into the store because I was expecting a long wait & dealing with possible unprofessionalism or having to deal with staff "milking" the time, LOL like I've dealt with cell phone carriers in the past. All the staff were friendly, but special thanks to Kellen & Nestor! They were very knowledgeable, VERY helpful and patient. On top of that they manage to make the environment fun. They fix the problem quickly in a timely manner and had no issue afterwards! Great Team!

I came by yesterday to get two LG V30 phones to take advantage of the promo. Lee helped me out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would come back in the future to shop with Lee. He made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you, Lee!
