Independently owned store so you may not get corporate pricing but you will get exemplary customer service. I just switched to Verizon and have had a terrible experience. I was ready to return all my phones and move on but Chris and Justin saved the day. Thank you!!!!

Best experience with Verizon ever! Justin went above and beyond to take care of our needs. He made sure that our bill wasn't being charged for things we didn't purchase and that we were taking full advantage of current promotions. He made the visit easy and friendly.

I was there on Friday. I had a crazy busy day and my phone had completely shut off the day before around 6pm. I had no phone the entire night and the next day. When I got to the store there was only one person, but shortly after, Chris arrived. He thoroughly and patiently explained all of my options and offers. He never made me feel rushed and was completely straight forward with everything I'd expect. I was able to get a new upgraded phone, a great deal on a new tablet and a Google watch. Not to mention how quick and easy it was to change my plan and got the NFL deal! He made my experience very pleasant and I walked away with a brand new phone at no cost, except taxes. I'm a very satisfied customer and am excited to pick up my tablet and watch in a few days. Thank you Chris!
