Dunkin'

Very clean, the mature woman working was so kind, polite, thoughtful. She welcomed me on arrival, no rush for me to pick which box of tea bags I was deciding on, was like visiting an old friend. Latte was perfect. Smelled so good in the store and the donuts looked like art. Even the restrooms were immaculate and freshly attended to. Hidden jem!! Started my day off with a smile .

I visited this store as a dasher on Friday morning 4/5 and while I was observing the crew they were horrible no one spoke when they set the food on the counter for the customers they didn't speak loud enough so the customers could hear so you had customers waiting for nothing when their food was ready the crew had no sense of urgency as the store was kind of crowded. I made up my mind I was never coming back to the store again because the service sucks even though I wasn't being served. So on Sat. 4/6 I began my day doordashing. The first order I got was to pick up at Dunkin donuts My mood immediately changed! I made up in my mind that when I get there if the order wasn't ready I was leaving and I was not waiting. However when I got there a little (big) voice came from the back and said hello I spoke back and I said wow what a difference a day makes the young lady that came out to help me name was Mo. She was absolutely amazing! Totally changed my entire Outlook of that place not only did I wait for the first order but as I sat there another order came in I was even willing to wait for that order based on the way that she treated me when I walked through the door as a customer. So thank God for Mo she definitely saved the day and probably the business because I urged people on my way out on Friday to not spend their money there because the service was so horrible so thank you Mo for your attentiveness and your great customer service.

Friendly, prompt service! Mel filled us in on all the perks that app has to offer and did it with a smile. She’s awesome! We’ll be back!

Great drive thru service. Employee gave my dog a PupCup, which Julie Mae enjoyed.

Haven't been to DD for a while, but we were pleasantly surprised to visit this Mayport store. Our breakfast sandwiches were great, and coffees (iced & hot) made perfectly. It's also such a nice atmosphere, we decided to have our breakfast inside. Will definitely visit again!

Always a nice experience when I go to this location. The drive thru moves quickly and the employees are pleasent. I always get a frozen chocolate with whip cream, the everything stuffed mini bagels and a black pepper bacon wake up wrap.

I used to come here pretty frequently- the staff were always superb and very friendly. I moved, but was back in Jacksonville today visiting some friends. One of the women working here recognized me, asked me how I was doing, even after I had been gone for almost 6 months. It really brightened my day, and I can’t say enough how well-run this DD is.

Customer service is always on point. This location gets slammed sometimes and the staff is always apologizing even though it's not their fault. They always get my order right too, which should be commonplace but other locations never seem to get it right.

The place smells amazing and the food and drinks are good too just wish they would stop false advertising drinks that have whip cream other then that amazing people work there

This has been our coffee shop for many, many years. We love DD and the very pleasant morning staff. One in particular , Holly Anderson. Always smiling her beautiful smile and an all around very sweet person. If only other organizations had a "Holly" to make you feel welcomed.

I love my mocha ice coffee. Go to the Palm Coast Parkway Dunkin and i am never disappointed the way it's made. Nother good place is on Rt 100. But I keep going back to the one on palm coast pkwy. Tried in other towns and they don't compare with their finish product.

We had visited here a couple years ago and they were out of 4 different things we requested so we left and went elsewhere. We were hesitant to give them a second shot but we did this weekend and couldn't have been more pleased! The current crew definitely redeemed themselves

My favorite DD store EVA, by far...I truly LOVE this drive through location (Mayport Road), but the loyal, long time staff are the real heroes!! 🤩🤩 Corporate seems to leave them hanging....OFTEN...... by not training them on DD APP, Rewards, Current Promos, Prices, Product Knowledge, Consistency and having proper POS button available for specially priced items. But they are so good at smiling through it all....and I give most credit to the few outstanding employees themselves....they care....and take pride in their service.... and the previous manager, Joanna (currently in AB location) is missed. These ladies are some of THE BEST people in hospitality here in Atlantic Beach. It is a shame, there is such a large, visible disconnect from Corporate/Marketing/Sales to their individual locations, owners, managers and staff members. Plus, how can you properly track and analyze such incomplete inconsistent inaccurate data, inventory, promotional success, ROI, Ad Sources, Marketing Investments. Love the long time staff: April, Bayley, Joanna, Tina, Treasure,. Hannah/Hayley?, the lil ole Spanish lady, my tiny hip friend who smokes, I think.…brown hair, and the girl whose mom now works there (Jessica/Stephanie?.. sorry?)....my memory may not have direct and correct names but these ladies are your CORE. I definitely notice level of quality and service decline when none of them are working. Thanks for caring y'all....you make my day....and for just that one or two minutes of my day at DD Drive Thru, I feel special and important and my happiness overrides any stress.

Clean and smells good inside. Was loud with noise but understand that working requirements are noisy.

I messed up an order recently asking for the wrong type of donut through the drive through. The man at the window was very kind and even offered me the correct donut. Maybe he could see I was having a rough day. Great customer service

Best Dunkin' experience I have probably ever had. My latte didn't taste burnt, my hashbrowns were actually cooked, and my food was not undercooked. Thank you!

I love my neighborhood dunkin donuts. Dee is a gem she knows her customers. The other girls are great too. Love the morning crew.
